Propreté et service impeccable Hôtel dans un quartier calme

The air conditioners were a bit loud, otherwise the place was great!!! Breakfast also fantastic! The staff was very helpful and kind!! Small things: We were two people but we only got one slippers, and dental kit. It isn't a big deal, as we were prepared.

I booked two nights at this hotel from Italy. Once I reached the hotel, at the reception I was informed that they gave my room away. I found myself at night in a foreign city without a room. This is simply disgraceful and totally unacceptable. Shame in this hotel! You can’t treat a client coming from a distant country like this! Pls. Do not book at this hotel!
