法國區福朋喜來登飯店的評論

就在法國區的波旁街， 地點到哪兒都方便。 但周圍實在太吵， 太雜亂。 酒店幾乎沒有服務意識, 也不友好， 客人幾乎都在自助， 餐廳和酒吧都不吸引😓 總體來說， 房間夠大， 旺季價格也還行。

Excellent location, clean, the room smelled off. I wonder if someone had their stinky dog in there. Breakfast was nothing special. Nice place, but not there are better places in the French Quarter.

I had a change in travel plans and had another hotel before I could get my room at the Four Points. I was never so happy that even though I had trudged across the French Quarter and got there just after noon, my room was ready!!! I thought I would have to check my bag until the 4pm checkin time but the front desk professionals understood my plight and I loved my room, especially the location! Bed was amazing, TV as well bottled water in the little frig and such wonderful cleanliness that many other New Orleans hotels do NOT have. Their bedding and towels stink!

Wonderful location. Very, very clean! And could not ask for better service. We will absolutely be staying again!

Checked in late on 23rd (Friday) the lady who checked us in barely made eye contact and was not very welcoming at all. Rooms were ok, but a bit dated. it was obviously very noisy Fri and sat night but it is to be expected given the location. The young man on the concierge desk on the Saturday morning was very helpful and very pleasant.
