We stayed 2 nights at this property. The rooms are nice and the property is well maintained. The morning mountain views from our balcony were gorgeous. The only exception was the pool which was not maintained well. We weren’t comfortable swimming in it and that was a big disappointment for us. Power kept cutting in/out a lot, they have a generator that kicks in within 30 secs but it reset all the TV, AC settings which is annoying because of how often it happened. The food is Good. The service is very good. After we checked out, we realized we had left behind something in the room. We called the hotel and they were able to track the items for us, and courier them to us as requested. We really appreciated this so kudos to their team for taking this extra effort.

We really had a good time, it was an first trip wait my daughter.Room was pleasent room view's was beautiful with the fern club.. management staff was very polite.We are in touch with Siddhi from the time of booking our holiday. Special thanks to Siddhi from the front desk for a helping nature. So kind of you.My daughter loves the food..the food was amazing! The property was located on highway but the view like a jungle. The whole atmosphere Wass great. I have a fun with my daughter.Wee loved it it was an excellent stay. We will surely visit Thank you for a making our stay comfortable n memorable..

It's homely climay was there like food was fabulous.. my family was very happy. Hrishikesh was a very helps us for the restaurant.The room are very Cosy.Enitre property was a Fantastic we love it.

Nice ambiance. Lovely food Staff Ms Kanchan was very courteous, Enjoyed the peaceful place here, and good interiors , we had brought our kids and all the staff including others as Shubham , Kanchan took very good care of them. We loved the the Veg Triple Schezwas fried rice which was unique to The Fern and tasty here.

Services are excellent. Specially the treatment from staff members over hear Sanket, Shubham, Adil, Hrishikesh, Pankaj is awesome. We had great stay of 4 days. Our family enjoyed the stay over here. Food is very nice. Good place to visit for Vegetarian as well.

Mr sumit made our event flawless and hospitality was good He and his team was always there for extending help Food was good rooms are neat clean well maintained Overall good experience Mr sumit is very nice and cooperative for any changes also

The saty was verry good. Also the hospitality and support staff was very helpful. Hrishikesh, Abhishek, Sanket and Aniket were verry helpfull. The property also had good eminities. We enjoyed the holi festival at the hotel. The rooms were also in good conditions

Good view, good ambience, nature serenity good location staff is good, Greek theme based resort, each banquet is name Greek godes. After reaching reception view of Greek main God(Zuse). 2 Restaurant Pure Veg And Multi cuisine. Most important kitchen is different

The property is really good and is well maintained. Also all the staff is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the weekend leisurely. This property is not so far from Mumbai hence traveling is not that hectic. Special thanks to Sumit, Hrishikesh & Abhishek from Fern for great hospitality.
