This was a scam when I booked into this dump. This, so called hotel, resembled a building site when I arrived to chevk-in. I inspected the rooms which had electricity wires dangling from the ceiling and in the corridors. Scores of workers were busy painting, scrubbing, sweeping and having tea. The dust was everywhere. I refused to stay, and demanded a refund. A fat, shady looking manager assured me that he will refund my money in full to Trip.com site from where I had booked this dump. The money never arrived, despite several emails to this booking site and phone calls to the hotel direct. Avoid this place like a plague.

The room must be well prepared prior to handover to tourist Oherwise it is well and good.Hospitality is good..Good staff and their service.I will surely recommend your hotel if any one want to come Jamnagar. No more comments.Thank you again.

Good location, Nice surrounding. Easy excess to daily needed requirements Comfortable & specious room. Homly feeling. I tried food this time, the quantity n taste is very good. Mr Prabhat is very supportive and helpful. Will be back soon.

YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE PILLOWS OF THE ROOM AND ATLEAST PLEASE GAVE THE 2 MINERAL WATER IN THE ROOM TO THE GUEST AND OTHER SERVICES ARE GOOD AND I THINK THIS IS A BEST HOTEL IN THE JAMNAGAR AND THE STAFF ALSO HAVE GOOD BEHAVIOR AND THE HOTEL IS BEST AND GOOD 👍🏻
