We took the deluxe suite and it was very nice, spacious and clean. The location is great because is walking distance from the railway station Jammu Tawi. My favorite part of my stay was the complementary breakfast at their bazaar restaurant. I loved it! Delicious and with a lot of variety.

Excellent food , excellent ,professional staff for the evening meal that I had zone by the park … Mr Ranjan and his team has provided excellent service and served us with delicious food …highly recommend having food at their family restaurant… Regards Vivek

Room was very neat and clean and very good work done by Jaffer Ahmad (Housekeeping department). I would recommend this hotel to others also for the business purpose or stay. The rooms are very good and the staff is very cooperative and also very humble. They provide very good service to their customers who come in the hotel.

Best all over experience . I have a best experience with Miss Sonika, Surja, Sonu , Ajeet in breakfast section . They all welcomed us in a great and humble manner. Best Breakfast buffet in whole Jammu city and I surely revisit the hotel again sure

Amazing service by Mr. Jaffar for his house keeping. He is very patient and helpful person.he helped me with all the requir I had. The receptionist were not so helpful as he was . He cleaned the room very fast and in a proper way. I wish him all the best for his further
