薩盧加飯店(Hotel Saluja)

I checked in on 7th and checked out on 11th trust me an experience can not be this bad. Stinking lift to start with pieces of gutkha . Wrapper etc and the manager Mr Ali an absolute no no for the hotel industry had the audacity to say "ye to roz use hota hai na.is liye aisa hai...it smells like a washroom." Smells like a cheap cinema hall toilet. Lets get to the room , one washroom could not be opened due to the smell of a public toilet.killer trust me i used a big family room snd this was the condition wonder what happens to the regular rooms. Absolutely not recomended go to any hotel but hotel saluja.. Also this unhygenic hotel would charge you for bed sheets if there is anything as a dirt after 5 days of stay with no house keeping, wish i could post the pics but i would take actions as per the governments rule of, Hotel and Restaurant Approval and Classification Committee (HRACC) As well as FSSAI considering i am an government of india employee however not everyone has that edge so be ware hotel not to choose on siliguri premises is saluja rest i would ensure the hotel and the manager gets reprimanded of the quality..

Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.

The property is located in the centre of the city, around 4kms from the railway station. Staff is very professional, service was good.

It's a good place to stay with family and stafs were supportive so go with your family. Best place to stay

Hotel situated in a good location in siliguri. Persons have behaved good. Room was okay. Housekeeping workers worked good. The reception person was eager to know when i would check out. But was polite in behaviour. Probably there was no restaurant or buffet facility. As i was been asked from reception i had to book foods for getting delivered in room. Room service persons behaved well. In overall scoring, i can give good to stay.

Very clean room . staff behaviour also polite , I always prefer this property when I visite Siliguri. if hotel management thought for complimentary breakfast otherwise all good. 👍

All facilities was fabulous and in future again I want to live in hotel Saluja for making comfortable my next journey. Done ✅. No thanks

Good for the price and middle of the town and easily access-able within the town. Food is available within decent prices

Good for solo travellers and the price paid near main center, food is available within reasonable prices
