I was last time two days in this hotel. I would like to special mention Niraaj. He welcomed us very gentil and his service was very friendly.
The breakfast was included. There were many dishes like samosa, Idli, sambal, rasmalai and many more. The flavour was very good. There are also cofee and tea by choice.
We had a standaard room. The bathroom was okay but there are things that can inprove to get a better experience.
Overall I recommed this hotel.

Είναι ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο αν θέλεις να είσαι κοντά στο κέντρο. Το προσωπικό είναι πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το φαγητό για Έλληνες είναι πολύ πικάντικο, θα μπορούσαν να έχουν και κάτι Ευρωπαϊκό. Για την κατηγορία οι πετσέτες θα έπρεπε να είναι καλύτερες , ελπίζω την επόμενη φορά που θα έρθω να έχουν βελτιωθεί. Είναι δεύτερη φορά που το επισκεπτομαι
Buena opción. Habitaciones muy grandes y camas cómodas. Ropa de cama y toallas limpias. Wifi gratis. El baño es de tamaño correcto y tiene una ducha grande a ras de suelo. Amenities y secador de pelo. Hay tv grande de pantalla plana pero sin canales en español.

Alles in allem sehr gut! Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, vom Reinigungspersonal, Restaurant bis hin zur Reseption - alles top. Besonders möchte ich Herrn Neeraj und Herrn Ajay für ihre ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit danken. Wenn *** etwas beanstandet oder braucht, Tuch am Pool oder Wasser im Gym geht es jedoch sehr lange!
L’hotel è accogliente e confortevole. Lo staff è molto gentile, soprattutto Neeraj ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo trascorso qui il capodanno e ci siamo divertiti moltissimo. C’era un ottimo cenone al piano terra e una festa con cibo etnico al rooftop. Avevamo prenotato una junior suite e ci hanno fatto l’upgrade alla presidential suite … bellissima!!

Das Hotel befindet sich momentan im Renovationsprozess. Dementsprechend sind die Zimmer modern ausgestattet. Einzig die Klimaanlage habe ich als störend empfunden, da sie selbst auf der niedrigsten Stufe noch immer zu hoch war für einen angenehmen Schlaf. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, einzig die Servicekultur des Personals liess zu wünschen übrig.

Tres belle hotel digne d un palace. Accueille très chaleureux avec du personnel souriant et à notre écoute. Les chambres sont impeccables, la salle de bain irréprochable. La literie est douillet. Les draps sentent le frais. Merci à Harveer de ses conseilles et de sa gentillesse.

La estancia por lo general bien, se incluían unos snacks gratuitos a la llegada en la habitación. Techos bajos, un olor raro al menos por la segunda planta, el wifi no iba muy bien. Desayuno, cafetería y bar estaban bien pero me llevé un gran desagrado cuando en el desayuno, cuando estaba tranquilamente con mi hermana, me vino una camarera con nombre que desafortunadamente no me acuerdo más que empezaba por K, a parte de muy desagradable, solo interesada en que le pusiera una review positiva. Hasta entonces mi estancia estaba bien y pese a algunos detalles no me quejaría mucho, pero cuando la camarera se me quedó de pié hasta que lo mandé mirando sin irse ya me incomodó y me dió rabia, a parte que se llevaron mi móvil a recepción porque su propio wifi no me iba para la review, y eso, hasta que no lo escribí en el momento no se fué, obviamente pidiendo que mencionara su nombre de forma positiva claro está. Además que al final me fijé (puesto que no suelo escribir reviews) que ella misma ya se había marcado a sí misma con las 5/5 estrellas en "mi" valoración "personal". No solamente me fastidió que se quedara esperando y llevándose mi móvil, sino que ella no me ofreció ningún tipo de servicio que pueda destacar más que desagrado e incomodidad, pero sobretodo que no era una respuesta honesta, asi que al irme la borré ya que no es justo para aquellos que busquen reviews honestas para su viaje. Es un comportamiento que debe ser habitual porque en muchos sitios ya lo he visto, pero esta vez ya me cansé y decidí comentarlo.
