Even before we arrived, the Orientbank Hotel was providing great service. I emailed with hotel staff in advance of our trip to arrange car service from the airport, and they were very helpful. Once we arrived, late at night after two long flights, we were greeted at the hotel with such warmth and care. While checking in, I mentioned that we were tired and hungry, as our second flight hadn't served any dinner, and the front desk team put together a bag of sandwiches and snacks for us to take with us to our room. It was such a kind gesture and totally indicative of the quality of service at this hotel. Everytime we came and went, the lobby team asked us how we were and if there was anything we needed. Doors were held open with a smile. I asked for advice on using a kiosk to buy an Istanbulkart, since we wanted to make the most of public transit, and the front desk staff walked me through the process in detail. Everyone here was just so very nice, in a way that felt genuine and lovely. Huge thanks to all of the staff at Orientbank Hotel -- you are all amazing! Our room was on the fourth floor and was generously sized and nicely decorated. Water was provided in the room, which I always appreciate. We were perfectly comfortable and slept very well. In the mornings, we took advantage of the amazing hotel breakfast. The Turkish Breakfast comes with an incredible amount of food, but it was all delicious and offered such a great array of choices. It felt really indulgent and special. We also had dinner at the hotel on our last night there, and it was delicious. Don't miss going up to the rooftop. The view is spectacular. I loved that this hotel was so convenient to every place we wanted to go. It's right around the corner from the Egyptian Market, and just beyond that you can get the tram or the ferry anywhere in Istanbul. We were so glad we chose this hotel, and it made our stay in Istanbul even more memorable. If returning to Istanbul, I would definitely stay here again.

We were VERY happy with this Marriott property. Within walking distance of all the Old City Sights. Very comfortable and elegant interior. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Highly recommended, especially the basement jazz bar and rooftop viewing platform.

Hemos pasado unos dias en este hotel en el que todo ha sido por parte del personal un trato excelente mucho más allá de lo estrictamente profesional en todo momento su comportamiento ha sido exquisito. Nos proporcionaron desayunos continentales " a la carta " de alta calidad a petición. No cabe duda que si regresamos repetimo estancia en este hotel

當我看到飯店入口的第一眼，我就被這棟建築的獨特特色所震撼。一位禮貌且樂於助人的服務生（Samet 先生）迎接了我。下午14.30左右我到達飯店。但我需要等到下午 16 點。辦理登機手續。在等待我的房間準備好時我沒有遇到任何問題。接待員Hannah小姐為我安排了一間風景優美的房間（604號房）。在我逗留期間，我有幾次機會與波拉特先生和他的工作人員交談。波拉特先生非常友善地幫助我滿足我的要求。身為女性獨行旅客，我強烈推薦這家飯店，因為他們的大廳有 24 小時接待員。早餐很棒，尤其是土耳其早餐😋。總的來說，他們的客戶服務、房間、計程車安排、食物和建築的獨特性給我留下了深刻的印象。感謝東方銀行的每個人讓我的住宿難忘❤️🙏

I can’t say enough good things about The Orientbank (OB). It’s a lovely, quaint hotel in a great location with awesome staff. The check-in process was so personable. When you visit a hotel usually you step up to the desk and hand over your credit card and ID, and you get your room key. That was not the case at OB. I was guided over to a seating area and given a bottle of water and asked about my trip. Then, the check in process started. It was a pleasant change to something so routine. The room was beautiful and I loved the local toiletries, body scrub, and teas. The store is a couple of blocks over. They should share that the toiletries are from a local business. It’s a great value add. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. It’s a cozy space and felt very exclusive. The staff was wonderful. They asked if you needed anything each time you left. They responded to texts in the Bonvoy app promptly, which doesn’t always happen at other properties. They had great dining recommendations and they even sent someone from their staff to negotiate for me when I had to unexpectedly get a new suitcase right before check out. The whole stay was simply perfect.

What a fabulous 5 night stay we had in this wonderful hotel. Location was the best & staff were so friendly. Check in was superb over a complimentary glass of Turkish wine. As a Marriott Bonvoy member we were upgraded to their executive suite which was absolutely amazing with 6 small balconies leading off the circular room. Large bathroom & sitting area added to the room experience. Breakfast had good options but service was a bit lacklustre at times. Every morning they asked for our room number (small hotel) & every morning we had to ask for butter. Didn’t try the Turkish breakfast as it was too big for us but it looked amazing. Drinks in Istanbul are very expensive so our glasses of wine on the rooftop at night weren’t cheap but it was worth it for the view. Would return in a heartbeat & highly recommend it as the place to stay whilst visiting Istanbul as a tourist. What a great city💚
