景點很近，早餐不錯，服務員服務態度很好

It was normal. I mean not good not bad.

Loved the service! Hotel receptionist Suliman was very nice and helpful, he helped us get a taxi and helped us a lot with our luggage as well. Overall great experience.

War gut

位置靠近塔克西姆廣場，非常理想。早餐不太理想，不推薦任何人吃早餐。工作人員很好而且很友好。請注意酒店旁邊的夜總會。他們整夜都在大聲播放音樂。

不乾淨，水從房間斷了，才兩星，沒有乾淨的大廳吃飯，遺憾的是房間很小，網站上的圖片不是現實。 房間內的氣味非常難聞

Room was very congested with no windows.

Hotel encima de una discoteca así que para dormir no puedes dormir durante toda la noche. UN HORROR! poco mantenimiento en las habitaciones por no decir nada con mucha humedad habitacion y baño. En mi habitación no funcionaba ni tele ni aire acondicionado porque lo tienen configurado por un central para todo. MUY mal para descansar

I am Awatef from Tunisia. The hotel has nothing to do with a four-star hotel. One of its stuff is arrogant and impolite. On the day of our departure from Istambul, our flight was delayed from 12 to 22 so I thought our stay in the hotel is extended and I was not informed that I should quit the room at 12. The receptionist was angry and he treated us as if we were children. The restaurant is good however

Ça va mieux que certains hôtels à Taksim.Un conseil ne prenez pas les chambres à côté de la route.les deux réceptionniste son très serviable.merci.un voyages a Istanbul Il faut pas dépasser une semaine .................................

氣氛非常友好，與客戶非常親近，工作人員很棒，隨時為遊客提供幫助並滿足遊客的需求。一個很棒的地方，有漂亮的露台，晚上可以享用水煙和傳統的黎巴嫩咖啡。感謝 Mehdi、Wissam、Sleiman 讓這個假期變得難忘。

Super nice hotel, great location in the middle of istiklal street. But the most important and satisfying part is the staff : they have the nicest , the most helpful guys you can wver meet . Mehdi, sulayman and wissam , you made our stay super fun and super easy with all ur helpful tips.

The hotel is a disaster, the rooms are dirty and very small. too much noise and no ventilation. His style is very old. Finally, the breakfast is disgusting. The hotel manager is impolite and very arrogant. I strongly advise against this hotel.

This is definately a 1 star hotel NO AMENTIES. NO MINIFRIDGE. NO MINIBAR. NO TOOTHBRUSH NO KLINEX. BREAKFAST IS LITTLE, NOT HYGENIC, SICKENING. Noisy. THERE ARE ANTS ON THE BED AND DIRTY BED SHEETS. THEY DID NOT CHANGE OUR ROOMS WHEN WE ASKED! VERY BAD.
