Veramente gentile e struttura servita da ascensore per i piani superiori, stanze confortevoli x l’uso che dovevamo fare. Ubicato a due traverse dalla strada principale di Istanbul, consigliatissimo e ci torneremo . La reception sempre pronta ad aiutare , dissuadere da altri parcheggiatori abusivi e servirsi da quello consigliato dalla struttura. Traverse vicine nn facili con auto

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week. It was very clean, quiet and had comfortable beds. It has a very good staff, especially Adam who is very friendly and does whatever he is able to make you feel at home.

They stole money from credit card Reservation was done with free cancellation and was cancelled three weeks before check in l. Yet they charged the card for the full amount of three rooms for seven days Tried to solve out but they refused and dealt in a very bad way

Very good price for the quality and accesibility, they helped a lot with my wheelchair and even said they will install a ramp soon. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff, close to Taksim Meydan and from there to everywhere with metro.

great small Boutique Hotel ...not much to expect but great location and very warm people who give you an excellent service. Good if you are not looking for high luxury but basic and clean.

I would have been fine with the run-downness of the place (holy towels, black shower tiles etc) for the price and the location. But I had a really negative experience with a sexist staff member who clearly had certain ideas about a women travelling alone. It made me uncomfortable for the rest of my stay and I would never i back.

Taksim’de sessiz sakin bir ara sokaktaki otel temizlik açısından fena değildi.Banyo giderinde sorun vardı sadece ve biz odadan çıktıktan sonra odamıza girip temizlik talimatı vermemişken düzenlemeler yapmaları dışında bir sorun yoktu.Kalınabilir.

All'apparenza la stanza era gradevole e ben arredata, subito dopo ci siamo resi conto che la stanza era sporca: lenzuola usate con peli e capelli, tanta polvere, pulizia del bagno migliorabile. Tuttavia il personale è molto gentile, ha provveduto immediatamente al cambio delle lenzuola, ci ha fatto comodamente fare un PCR in stanza, ci ha tenuto le valigie e regalato due bottiglie d'acqua. Posizione ottima, al centro di Taxim. La cosa più deludente è stata che il ragazzo della reception ha voluto 200 lire alla reception per chiamare un taxi diretto all'aeroporto, tuttavia il tassista è stato durante tutta la corsa a lamentarsi con noi poiché sono stati dati a lui solo 140 lire, quando il costo medio si aggira intorno alle 180. Alla fine per scusarci al posto loro gli abbiamo regalato la differenza del prezzo.
