Nous avions réservé un lit King Size mais on nous a attribué une chambre avec deux lits. La demoiselle nous l’a changé en disant que l’erreur venait du website mais ce n’est pas ce que disait ma réservation.

Salle de bain malpropre en plus des appareils rouillés, bain taché de rouille et robinetterie sans émail et remplis de calcaires. Tout simplement dégoûtant! Nous n’avons pas été capable de prendre une douche compte tenu de l’état des appareils.

It was a 1 night stay. The hotel is right off I 95 and there is a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the room was of a descent size. The hotel can is in need of a renovation but overall I wasn’t disappointed.

Pool was closed and it didn’t say that. That was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. The tables outside were broken and wobbly. The table in the room was broken. The pics online didn’t represent what the place actually looked like.

The check-in process was fantastic. The young woman that checked us in was AMAZING and we wish that she stayed on-shift for the full stay, but it seemed as if everything went downhill after she left. The phone in our room did not work. The breakfast was mediocre the next day with exceptionally disgusting eggs. The room was spacious, but the service was catastrophic after the young lady left. There were no sheets, pillows or bedding at all for the sofa bed. It felt like we had to call the front desk for EVERYTHING throughout the stay - which was even crazier because again the phone inside of the hotel room did not work, so I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel directly even while I was staying in the room. It had great potential, but for some reason just did not measure up to the overall expectations that the young lady set at the start of our trip when I was checking in.

The hotel is good overall, but we booked this hotel because of the pool. Our kids were excited to swim after the long car ride. Unfortunately, the pool is under construction and can’t be used. The hotel should announce this ahead of time so families can factor it into their planning.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Neighboring rooms were noisy but that happens I guess.

The manager, Mr. Dinkins, was super friendly and welcoming after a long travel day. Sandy, the night clerk, was exceptionally courteous. I had a sleepless night and wandered to the lobby at 1am. She got me hot water for tea. After a chat, I realized that she is a conscientious employee and cares for her customers. She goes the extra mile. The hotel was very nice. It was comfortable and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Door to room need adjustment. Seems like you can just kick it in. And the safety lock on door would not lock from the inside. It needed to be adjusted. Spoke with the manager and he told us he would try to find another room but we were tired and not feeling well (colds), so we placed a chair behind door.

Everything was great as usual. Stayed here several times for the last several years! This time the staff accommodated husband and myself when asked for a first room floor. I didn’t get the two ladies names but I checked in at 2:00 pm. I hope they’re recognized for going over and above!
