下次週年紀念還在這裏躺平!之前網上做攻略想去seven hanging徒步,選擇了這家度假村。來之前的幾個小時才想起來跟酒店告知,想幫忙簡單裝點一下。意外的非常用心精緻,還貼心地把我們的合照打印出來並做了卡通版照片!酒店臨海,走過一大片草坪就是懸崖,坐電梯能到下面7km的海岸。被酒店美景留下的我們直接取消了原定的徒步行程🤣完美週年,下次還來。

最近在松崖度假村住了12晚,體驗遠低於預期的五星級標準。深夜抵達時,驚訝地發現房間裏沒有任何歡迎禮包,連一瓶水都沒有。作為一家豪華度假村,這樣的接待方式實在令人失望。此外,度假村的多個區域因私人活動關閉,且沒有事先通知,限制了對設施的使用。這包括孩子們最喜歡的游泳池和香檳吧。感覺自己像是****,度假村明顯優先考慮公司客户。總體而言,這次入住因糟糕的服務和缺乏細節關懷而大打折扣。

住在松崖度假村的經歷讓人大失所望,主要是因為聯排別墅過時且暗淡。與朋友住的房間相比,這間顯得又黑又沉悶,完全不符合五星級度假村的標準。顯然,住宿質量差異很大,需要改進這種不一致性。對於付款的價格,期望的是現代化且維護良好的設施,但實際並非如此。

Foi a quarta vez que fiquei aqui. Continua muito bom. O staff é simpático e atencioso. Os espaços estão muito bem tratados e os apartamentos são relativamente novos e estão bem estimados. A praia é muito boa, mas os acessos são complicados para carrinhos de bebés e alguém com dificuldades motoras. O pequeno-almoço é bastante agradável e os restaurantes que visitei também. O que não gostei, e tive oportunidade de dizer no hotel, é que me sugerissem dar gorjeta, tanto no maré, junto à praia, como no corda. A gorjeta deve ser dada se o cliente quiser e se o serviço merecer. No caso do maré nao mereceu e fiquei realmente chateado que a conta viesse com essa sugestão. Para além disso acho um abuso cobrarem 4€ por um café na praia. Não há necessidade. O alojamento já é suficientemente caro.

Tive uma estadia maravilhosa no Pine Cliffs. O hotel combina na perfeição conforto, elegância e um ambiente relaxante. Os quartos são amplos, muito bem cuidados e com uma vista deslumbrante. O serviço foi impecável – toda a equipa é extremamente atenciosa, sempre disponível e pronta a ajudar. As piscinas e a área envolvente estão muito bem mantidas, e a praia é simplesmente magnífica, com acesso direto e vistas de cortar a respiração. O pequeno-almoço é variado e de excelente qualidade, com opções para todos os gostos. Sem dúvida, um local perfeito para descansar, desfrutar da natureza e viver uma experiência de luxo no Algarve. Recomendo vivamente e certamente voltarei.

Bewertung Plinecliffs Hotel entspricht in vollem, wenn nicht mehr diesem Bereich. Ich lobe ja seltenst, aber hier wird zu vernünftigem Preis Luxus geboten. In den Suites gibt es wunderschöne großzügig gestaltete Suiten, teilweise mit kurzem Zugang zum Pool. Der abendliche Handtuch, Bett mach und Badezimmerservice ist eine weitere Annehmlichkeit. Serenity Spa kann kostenfrei genutzt werden.

Excellent accommodation. Friendly reception staff and friendly and helpful porters; always willing to help and always had smiles on their faces. Garden suites were excellent and comfortable. Pillows and beddings comfortable and sleep was relaxing. Breakfast was lovely. The evening meals at the restaurant delightful and tasty. Overall had a wonderful time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a b;lissful holiday and short break away

Das Hotel und das parkartige Gelände,auf dem es steht, sind großartig: an einer wunderschönen Steilküste mit farbigen Felsen. Von dort sieht man auch kaum die z.Tl. monotonen Hotels an einer weitgehend verbauten Küste, ein idealer Rückzugsort. Wir blieben statt einer Woche mehr als zwei Wochen. Das Personal war immer und überall sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, zumal ich über die etwas unübersichtliche Hotelwebsite ein falsches Zimmer gebucht hatte, und wir mit Hilfe der Verwaltung nach einer Nacht in die Ocean Suites umziehen konnten, wo wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Auch das SPA lag im Haus, weshalb wir überhaupt dieses Hotel gebucht hatten. Die erste Massage war leider nicht so, dass man Lust auf mehr bekam. Das einzige, was fehlt, ist jemand, der das Gesamte im Auge hat: So wurde nicht darüber informiert, dass die towel hut am Strand geschlossen wird und wir ohne ein Handtuch unten standen und es ist doch etwas mühsam, dann wieder hinaufzugehen. Auf meine Bitte hin wurde dann ein Aushang vor dem Lift gemacht. Auf den öffentlichen Toiletten fehlen ToiBürsten und ein Riegel war leider kaputt. Es waren aufgrund der Nebensaison einige Restaurants geschlossen: in der Corda-Bar hatten wir zwei enttäuschende Essens-Versuche: eine pampige Maronensuppe und auch der ungewürzte Fisch und die sehr harte Pinsa (kein gescheites Messer) waren kein Vergnügen. Vielleicht hatte der Koch Urlaub. In der Mare Bar haben wir erst beim 3. Anlauf eine Tomaten-Mozzarella (ohne Brot) bekommen. Dazu wenig Salat und ein paar Blättchen Rucola, dass 19,-€ dafür schon etwas unverschämt sind. Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut und liess fast keine Wünsche offen. Was mich nervte, war, dass man immer auf der Suche nach Pfeffer- und Salzstreuern war. Auch die Warterei beim Eingang könnte besser laufen. Warum muß man zu den Tischen geleiten, wenn viele warten? Zum Zimmer: im ganzen großartig, aber in unserem Bad war die Duschtüre nicht dicht, Rutschgefahr. Die Körperwaage ging nicht und eine Leselampe war defekt (wurde aber auf unsere Bitte erneuert, aber man will sich eigentlich um so etwas im Urlaub nicht kümmern) Die Nächte waren relativ kühl, wenn man abends noch gern auf dem Balkon sitzt.Im KleiderSchrank gab es zwar weitere Kissen, aber keine leichten Decken. Wir erhielten auf Wunsch dann schwere Kamelhaardecken. Der Roomservice war sehr schleppend, obwohl ich reichlich Trinkgeld gab. Meistens erst ab 15.00 Uhr. Nur als wir nach einer Woche verlängerten und der Roomservice es noch nicht wußte, kamen sie sofort, um das Zimmer zu inspizieren. Auch beim Auschecken. Das empfand ich als sehr unangenehm. Als ob man ein Dieb ist!

The resort is lovely and there is a variety of food on offer. If you are staying in the “premium” ocean suite you would expect housekeeping to service the room during the five hours that you were outside. However, not in our case. On returning to our room at 5 pm, we noted someone had come to the room but only opened the curtain and moved a pillow. Housekeeping offered to service then, how can that be achieve given that your children are currently using the bathroom to get ready for dinner. They promised to return at 7 pm whilst you’re out for dinner. On returning at 10 pm, you realise the promise was empty. No one had bothered even come to check over or even restock the basic such as toilet tissue which was running low. We had to call for attendant came at that point to restock. She then tried to straighten the bed, what’s the point after 10 pm when the guest is standing right there ready to turn in?!?! If the turn down service team even bothered to show up they may have noticed lack of house keeping service. Clearly that was a no show too. Service at the resort is extremely slow, but having to request for toilet rolls after prior housekeeping escalation is absolutely sub-standards, a first in any place for me. Even more disappointing is that front desk and housekeeping don’t take responsibility but just try to blame the other and try your pass you around for a resolution. You may not have done it, but take action and resolve it as the guest should not be the one chasing your various team for an additional toilet tissues at 10 pm!

We relocated to Ocean Suites for part of our trip, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the hospitality was similar to that of Pine Cliffs Resort. Upgrading to a different side of the resort didn't translate to improved service. The included spa access was a nice perk, but the spa itself fell short of five-star standards. The jacuzzi was very dirty, with hair floating around, and there was a peculiar lack of towels in the spa, which was a first for us.
