我對這家酒店非常失望。幾乎沒有客戶服務。當我和我丈夫還躺在床上時,我們經歷了清潔女工在沒有事先敲門的情況下闖入我們的房間。非常不舒服。幾個小時後,清潔女工回來了,令我們非常失望的是,她從抽屜裡偷了大約 2,400 土耳其里拉。接待處的工作人員指責我們沒有將錢放入保險箱,並且沒有採取任何其他措施。永遠不會回到這家酒店,這是肯定的。如果有人確實將您的所有物品藏在保險箱中或隨身攜帶,因為這裡的工作人員不可信。 該地區距離市中心有點遠,因此如果您想住在旅遊景點或市中心附近,您應該選擇其他地點。

我在這裡住了 9 個晚上,飯店工作人員沒有任何客戶服務。我住宿的最後一天,接待人員對我大喊大叫,差點打我。問題是床單上有蠟筆彩繪,那是嬰兒可洗的蠟筆,我明確告訴他們可以洗。他們不聽,繼續大喊大叫,告訴我他們會通知機場警察,我必須付錢,因為我帶著孩子和懷孕的妻子旅行。 地點不太理想,離所有景點和購物場所都很遠,早餐9天來每天都吃同樣的食物,附近也沒有好的餐廳。工作人員總是顯得沮喪和脾氣暴躁。

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel! Aufjedenfall empfehlenswert! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich die Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Das Frühstück ist auch vollkommen inordnung. Die Zimmer sind zeitgemäß eingerichtet mit einer sehr zentralen Lage.

We made reservation at this hotel on 11.Sep by WhatsApp as we know the staff before as guests reservation was for 2 single room for 2 person for 4 night check in 27.Sep Confirmation for two single room was shared by hotel staff The hotel management didn't asked about any payment On 26.Sep the hotel sent a message through WhatsApp asking to confirm arrival time on 27.Sep We confirmed for hotel date and reservation need On 27.Sep afternoon the hotel again asked to confirm reservation and We confirmed out arrival and they reply with Ok At 17:00 PM aw arrived at hotel but there was no available single room They offered us 1 suite of two rooms but one shared bathroom for two guests This was not acceptable at all and no respect for privacy And when we shared all suppot conversations and reservation documents they said we are sorry but we sold all rooms Is this logic that a hotel like this to give such excuse!!!!???? As Conclusion For sorry we take this suite under unacceptable reason because we were too much tired Mr.Khalil who was aware of hotel mistake as manager but insist that he can't do anything for us even there was many available 2 suites and he was able to give us alternative rooms because it was hotel midtake and other type of rooms were available but he insist to put two of us in one suite, and was very uncomfortable with his answer with no reason for why they do this Very bad situation with no action and no respect to guests As guests a d tourists I have my rights and I have a confirmation from hotel and three WhatsApp messages from management confirming that, but because the hotel don't care about his guests so this is the result

We traveled to Istanbul as a family on Christmas vacation 2021. We wanted to book a hotel in Istanbul center (Sisli) close to the metro, shops and restaurants. Halifaks Hotel fulfills this requirement and we have checked the rating and many were good. We booked 10 nights. Unfortunately, the disappointment was there with the first family room and the next morning at the breakfast. The bed for the parents was really small (at most 140m wide). I have complained to the manager about the room and the breakfast. She offered us two communicating rooms, which we found good because we had four suitcases and needed space. You have to know that the wardrobe in the rooms is very small. But the breakfast has stayed the same. For what I know of four star hotels, it was really miserable. No orange juice, instead water with powder which looks yellow. Fruit and salad were of poor quality and not well prepared. No yogurt for the kids. Nothing where you can say wow. For a few days we had our breakfast outside the hotel, although the breakfast was included in the room price. The price I paid was too high for the room and the quality. Another point that disturbed us a lot in this hotel (and has nothing to do with the hotel itself) are tsome customers who in this hotel. Many are very noisy until after midnight and probably don't know that they have to be considerate of the others in one hotel. We stayed the whole 10 nights in this hotel because we no longer wanted to move with two young children and four suitcases. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is used to good hotels.

It was wonderful The staff was brilliant. I love the breakfast, it was different everyday. The hotel is near to the metro station and shopping center. If i come back again to istanbul i defenitly choose this hotel again. Special thanks to the guys at the the reception desk. they are very helpful. They guide us alot and answer our all questions patiently. Thank you halifaks team

The hotel locates in good place, the staff is nice. They gave us the rooms at 11 AM and we had a rest after flight. There are a lot of shops around the hotel, but the place itself is quiet. The rooms are normal, I think it's a little bit expensive comparing the overall comfort in the hotel. Breakfast was good.

We were there in october with nice and calmful rain.the location was wonderful near the osmanbay sisli .it was two station to taksim .their breakfast was amasing .and their reception was so help ful . We enjoyed there . Instagram@nazaninradman
