Tres Belle experience Dans cet hotel. Nous avions une chambre avec un jaccuzi ET Vue mer. Tres bonne attention de Alex a la reception. Le beach club egalement tres bien, acces direct sur la plus Belle plage de isla mujeres

Très belle vue ,chambre superbe nous avions pris avec la balneo personnel très à l écoute et de bons conseils pour aller déjeuner ou dîner la proximité de la plage et parfaite et les conseils du concierge alexander sont parfait et au petit soins

Hotel Lotus to świetny wybór dla osób szukających spokoju w niezwykle przyjemnych okolicznościach. Zlokalizowany tuż przy plaży, po przebudzeniu można podziwiać lazurowe Morze Karaibskie, a następnie relaksować się przy prywatnym mini basenie lub bezpośrednio na plaży. Dobrze zaopatrzony bar/restauracja z bezbłędną obsługą, piękne zaaranżowane części wspólne stanowiły mocne strony hotelu. Lokalizacja pozwalała dotrzeć do większości miejsc wyspy spacerem. Niedaleko od hotelu można obserwować malownicze zachody słońca. Wspominam pobyt bardzo pozytywnie, ogólnie najlepiej ze wszystkich trzech, ktore odwiedziliśmy w trakcie pobytu na Jukatanie.

Amazing hotel, brilliant atmosphere with brilliant entertainment staff especially Abigail, ozge pikacu and ms sofiene! Brilliant food, drinks and service from all staff! Brilliant water sports which you can get onsite and just a great atmosphere experience!

Traveled to Isla Mujeres with a friend for a mellow, serene week in the sun. That’s not exactly what I found. Instead, I found myself at a lovely, upbeat, small resort staffed by the most helpful, friendly and dedicated people I have met anywhere. The Lotus is directly next to the Guru Beach Club which offers lounges, food, drink , infinity pool , & Playa Norte,a beautiful white sand, turquoise water beach filled with young, fun loving couples, singles & families. The rooms at Lotus are spacious and comfortable,especially the beds. The included continental breakfast of fruit, yogurt, granola and toast was more than ample and served indoors or outside overlooking the beach. Music is always pervasive, and ( much to my chagrin,) a DJ playing VERY loud music was there on the weekend. (A peaceful , superb yoga studio across the road was my saving grace). The fact that almost everyone at Lotus Beach and Playa Norte was probably 3-4 decades younger definately explains things. Nevertheless I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Alexander, Ulysses, Donna and everyone at Guru BC - an outstanding group ( & not bad for the eyes either 😁)

Had a great stay at the Lotus. Alexander, the manager, reached out to me before going to the hotel to ensure he had all our information. Checked in and our room was ready and it was absolutely beautiful. We had ocean front and we had our windows open all night listening to the ocean. Perfection. My friend and I spent all our days by the pool and beach. Service was great. Continental breakfast is included which is a fruit plate,orange juice, coffee, white toast, yogurt, and granola -- a lot of food! But they have a full menu if you want to get eggs -- which I did - my poached eggs were perfect every morning. At the pool we had Juan taking care of us. He was very attentive. Great ceviches, sandwiches, excellent french fries! And the drinks always great. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you to all the staff for their attention.

We stayed at Lotus Beach hotel for my wifes birthday and it was the most relaxing trip we have ever been on. The hotel is located only a quick 10 minute taxi ride from the ferry port. We stayed in the room with the plunge pool with beach front view and it was well worth the couple extra dollars. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The beach is just 3 steps down from the beach club. The staff will also serve you down at the beach. We reserved a beach lounge bed the first day we were there and the staff was so nice to reserve it for us the rest of the week without us even asking. The beach club access is included with the stay at the hotel and it was definitely a plus. There’s a free breakfast option offered every morning and it wasn’t your typical hotel breakfast, they serve you fresh fruits, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, yogurt and toast. Everything was delicious. They have dinner options at the beach club and many options around the hotel that are walking distance. The previous year we stayed at an all inclusive hotel in Cancun and this boutique hotel definitely topped it. It’s an amazing hotel with easy access to a beautiful beach. We will definitely be coming back when visiting Isla mujeres.

From the moment I arrived later than expected, Alexander, the General Manager, did everything possible to make my stay memorable. He was always available with suggestions, ideas, and help. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Sol and the rest of the restaurant/bar staff were always available and friendly. Rutilo and the other housekeeping staff were always smiling and available. I would give them all ten stars and, if possible, give Alexander 100!! I look forward to going back soon.
