Great service, fabulous food and very clean. You’ll want for nothing at this resort as they go out of their way to please you. Beach was free of sargassum, pools are spotless plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds. Drinks are plentiful!!! Go and enjoy!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!!

I really enjoyed my time at this resort and I would have rated it a five-star if it wasn't for the terrible experience we had on the first night at Magna (One of the restaurants). The server was acting like he did not want us there, he would take care of the other tables, but not ours. It took him 30 minutes to come to our table and the dish we asked for, he said they did not have any more, I do not believe that because I saw him serve others who came in after. Then it took him one hour to bring our food and it was cold and tasteless. We wasted two hours in that restaurant and did not enjoy any of it. The pop was flat, the food was tasteless, and the desserts were mediocre. I do believe he was racist because we were the only black people there at that time and he was acting like he did not want to serve us. I did not say anything to anyone until checkout, I do not like to cause issues or any type of problems. The other workers were nice and cordial.

this was our 6th /7th time @ EPM and it never disappoints!! Caesar at the Martini bar is always AMAZING!!! Anna on the beach is AWESOME and too many others to name but all of the staff are always very upbeat and always going out of their way to accommodate whatever you want. We visited the spa and it was great too!

The staff really made this trip so wonderful, everyone was super welcoming and there to make sure your stay is the best possible. Will definitely be back again soon.

the staff was exceptional. they were kind every minute. we highly recommend excellences as a vacation spot.

Amazing from check in to check out. Best resort I have ever stayed at. Staff would clean the room every time we went downstairs. Catered to our every need. Food was amazing. Steakhouse was my favorite, my friend loved the Asian restaurant. No dinner reservations were needed. No wait at any restaurant. Excellence has set the bar.
