米拉馬雷城堡飯店(Hotel Miramare E Castello)

È il terzo anno che trascorro le mie vacanze in questo meraviglioso hotel La professionalità, il calore,l'affetto di tutto lo staff ti fanno stare bene, sembra di essere in famiglia Per tutto il soggiorno siamo state coccolate, la struttura è situata in una stupenda location, pulizia e menu eccellenti, tutto molto curato....consiglio a tutti a trascorrere qui una vacanza

Difficile trovare un albergo al centro di Ischia con spiaggia privata, un paradiso.. Gentilissimi dalla reception all’’addetto della spiaggia, camera con vista lato mare che è un incanto. Mangiare ottimo in tutti e due i ristoranti, in particolare il ristorante al quarto piano “la lampara”dove si cena deliziosamente, con veduta fantastica sul Castello Aragonese. Sicuramente ci tornerò!!

We spent 4 nights here and wished we had stayed longer. The beach has plentiful loungers, the service from the bar was friendly and we enjoyed the snack menu, the bruschetta was super sweet and very generous. Recommend a sea view room with a terrific view of the beach and castle. It was really lovely being able to walk straight from the hotel to the private beach area. Lots of Italian guests and very few English but staff had good language skills and made us very welcome. We would love to return

Had an exceptional time at Miramare e Castello in June 2023! Checked in and was escorted around main area to get a sense of where everything was situated. Apertifs were wonderful by the pool and Enricco and Rita made us feel welcome! They made up our room twice a day and we never had to ask them to do it. If we had our do not disturb sign on, they would slip a card under our door letting us know we could request it to be made up later on in the evening. This hotel was also perfectly situated near ischia ponte and we loved going up the block to get gelato or dinner! It’s also about a 20 minute walk to ischia Porto which made it perfect for a highly stroll. Check out Antoninos pizza outside the hotel (it was our “go to” daily for lunch since they didn’t close!) and bueno for coffee and gelato! Breakfast was included and had an assortment of cakes, croissants and cereals along with freshly cut meats as well as eggs and bacon (they also had an American type breakfast selection for a few more euro). There is a small pool as well as a private beach right on the hotel property with many loungers. The rooftop also has daybeds and jacuzzis along with a mini gym and is host to a beautiful restaurant, La Lampara. Highly recommend and very happy we chose to stay here!

We had an amazing stay at Castello e Miramare. The location is amazing overlooking the castle and right by the beach. It is a 10 minute walk to the castle and 25 minute walk to the port. The breakfast was great and the staff were all lovely, particularly Giorgio who always asked us if we wanted another coffee. We will be back. Thank you

Abbiamo appena soggiornato e siamo stati delusi dalla gestione dell’albergo. Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo ricevuto il drink di benvenuto come scritto sul sito non ci hanno dato informazioni in merito alla struttura ,ai ristoranti e nemmeno alla spa. Doccia piccolissima e molto scomoda . Nella zona silenzio al quarto piano con jacuzzi nel momento di maggiore relax ci hanno trapanato dietro alle orecchie senza avvisarci e nemmeno scusandosi dell’accaduto . Zona lettini fronte mare chiusa . Sconsigliamo caldamente questo Hotel non è assolutamente un cinque stelle !!

This is not a 5 star hotel and it’s false advertising to say it’s anymore than 3 stars. While the location is beautiful the rest is a disaster. Staff are not interested in customer care, the beds have seen better years, the food was atrocious and the list goes on. Do not book if you are looking for a 5 star hotel.

We have stayed here numerous times, the fact we keep returning says it all A very nice hotel, excellent staff, and the perfect location If you want to experience the Rivera how it was this is for you. If you want glitz and nightlife look elsewhere

Nous sommes arrivés l'après-midi enhousiasmés par la jolie terrasse du restaurant (rooftop). Nous avons demandé à boire des verres, on Nous a refusé sur un air condescendant sous prétexte qu'on ne pouvait que manger mais pas juste boire. Or, on est en avril et la terrasse est déserte. Évidemment, cest toujours mieux d'avoir 0 clients qui mangent plutôt que 2 qui sucent des glaçons tout l'après-midi, comme nous avions prévu de faire. Dommage...
