Everything was excellent until we got to the bar me n my husband sat there and no one offered to help we had to call someone for help . We sat there and other people where being helped and we got there before they did we where very disappointed.. Other thank that everything else was amazing..❤️

This was our first time staying at the Omni or visiting Las Colinas. The hotel is located right along the river walkway. It was within walking distance of several food restaurants. Beautiful hotel and excellent service.

Went for a few days and had a wonderful time at this hotel. The pool, the bar, the area, the spa, the gym, and the view from my room were all fantastic. I will definitely come back and stay here.

Beautiful suite with an excellent view. My one gripe… The shower in the room had no grab bars of any kind and the tub was very slippery. I did not feel safe taking a shower there,

The balcony overlooking the water. I feel the WiFi and parking should be included in the price. A microwave would also be nice. Other than that, I really enjoyed the stay.

I have stayed at this hotel for a few years now and have enjoyed it every time. Other than an odd low water pressure this time with the shower it meet all expectations.

While attending a conference here, the staff, from the bellhops to the outstanding gym, was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place with a five-star rating.
