羅徹斯特西/希臘萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Rochester West/Greece)

The stay was fine, but we could not get the room temperature to go down. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, who left us a note that the whole hotel was set to 74 degrees. it was much too warm but the hotel was otherwise great.

We always stay here when visiting family. Clean and super-comfy beds. Great breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub, and, most of all, always a very nice and helpful staff.

I loved that the property was located around many places to eat and everything you could walk to. After a very long drive it was nice to know we didnt have to drive any more

I checked in by 3pm and by 7pm i seen a mouse in my room. I went to front desk and no associate was there. I knocked on the door anr no answer. I had no one yo speak with so i left. I want refund

This was one of the best Hotels i have stayed at. Great breakfast, clean rooms, hot hot tub. Great stay!

The fire alarm went off 2x and there was no fire and we lost sleep we asked for a refund or discount and was to told by the in house manager i had to wait to talk to her till she was done. And there was a gas leak.

When we decided to stay another night due to bad weather, we were told it would cost $109. My card was charged $150. When checking out, i stood at the desk for over 10 mins and nobody came out. A food server walked by and asked if anyone has come out, i advised no, she asked if i was checking out, i advised yes, she wrote my room number down on a sticky note and said she would pass it along. That made me feel uneasy, so while i was on the road, i called hotel to make sure i was checked out, and immediately when lady answered, i was asked to hold. I did finally get my answer, but not impressed by customer service at all.

Bathroom is extremely small. Heat didn’t work tub was clogged which caused rised-water. When I requested a different room, front desk attendant was rude and condescending.
