伊普斯維奇旅客之家飯店(Travelodge Ipswich)

Was a clean hotel new carpet in my room,very nice.tv not huge and room not massive but very cosy.

Der Manager und sein Team hat mir sehr geholfen. Ich musste eine Buchungsänderung vornehmen und dann hat auch noch meine Visakarte nicht getan was sie sollte. Obwohl das Hotel gut gebucht war wegen eines Autorennens, haben sie alles getan, damit ich die Nacht bleiben konnte. Das Zimmer war perfekt, mit Hafenblick, sehr angenehm und bequem. Sauber sowieso. Menschlich und praktisch eine herausragende Erfahrung. Danke!

My husband and I stayed here last year and it was a great experience, well this year is a different story, room, broken fan, of which you need as a very hot room number 323. Stained towel, broken toilet system, soap dispenser didn’t work,dirty sealant on bathroom floor( mould) pedal bin had rusted and sharp metal pin to open the bin. Breakfast shocking, 1st morning, dirty tables, my sandals stuck to the floor, due to coffee on the floor, dirty side, staff no wear to be found in the breakfast area, found staff together in reception area, no warm welcome, just looked at us, as to say what do you want! 2nd morning of breakfast clearer, but coffee machine broken and no offer of what alternative we could use, oh yes the toast, oh my goodness, I could of gone done the river Orwell and back, before it pop up. 3rd morning no harsh browns, scramble eggs, mushrooms, no fresh fruit. The person who handed us are cutlery each morning before we entered the breakfast area, said we got no food, it’s not my fault! We said we paid for breakfast already, he said I give you a phone number and they can refund you. We choose to have breakfast at the Travelodge due to my husband having coeliac disease. They stated they can cater for him. We could not believe the difference in the space of August 2023 to May 2024. Very disappointed and not worth the £58 we paid for our breakfast for the total of 3 mornings. We use this trip to visit family in Ipswich

I really loved the stay, the staff are really kind! The rooms smell like roses, beatiful white covers and pillows! Also, there was this receptionist, who was really helpful and friendly, named Paulina, She showed me around, where the café was, How to get into the rooms and how to use the vending machine,I was confused for the vending machine bit! I would like to say thanks to Paulina! I will recommend staying!

The rooms smell really nice. Very clean. Food is nice. Paulina on the reception was very lovley and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and clean aswell i definitely would recommend. iv had a lovley stay. Parking is very accessible as well.

Urine stained bedsheets, dirty hotel, would never ever recommend for anyone to stay here!! Musty, dirty & damp

Elevators full of vomit. Staff wiped the mess All over the walls and left it to dry without chemicals. The entire weekend had to hold our breath to exit the building in the lift. I tried to contact and complain to their headquarters but was led in circles and no one cared to respond.

Best time here at the travel lodge. Would of appreciated some water in our room. Everything else was perfect
