優點： 乾淨整潔的公寓，非常適合在怡保的團體入住。 靠近市中心；開車5-10分鐘即可到達。 除了WiFi之外，公寓內其他一切都正常。公寓內甚至還有洗衣機。 建議自備盥洗用品和洗衣液。 總的來說，這是一個短暫度假的好去處。 缺點： 公寓管理不善，但這並非公寓業主的錯。保全人員粗魯，停車場內外標示不清晰，最糟糕的是交通管理糟糕透頂。 如果您在這棟大樓裡開車停車，我建議您減速慢行，並仔細查看標識，以免成為他們管理層荒謬規定的受害者。 這是我第二次入住The Anderson公寓，雖然第一次入住時我就知道他們的停車場照明和標誌都很差，但我很驚訝情況竟然會變得更糟。

The handles of two windows in the living room were broken. We contact the host (very slow response) for several times and finally they changed the unit to the kuromi theme for us. The water filter of the kitchen was broken as well. Otherwise all are good.
