This hotel is adorable! Set up like a library and the rooms are unique and charming. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is security with the elevators which made us love this place even more. A large coffee shop adjacent to the lobby was perfect. This is right in the center of the main drag for downtown Iowa city - walkable to everything

The hotel was fine. The restaurant not so fine. For breakfast they open late,,,7am. No table waitress service. No toast or pancakes available. For dinner the night before the available items on the menu were limited.

We always love this hotel. It's huge and weird, with pigs on the walls and Kurt Vonnegut hanging in the rooms. Service was terrific this time, on all levels. It was a noisy stay, due to some event, but the front desk called the room next to us and asked them to quiet down, which they did.

Adorably cute and quiet hotel with character right in the main shopping and dining with validated parking garage next door.

The room was very cute however a little run down. The magnifying mirror on the call was falling off and the bathroom was very small.

Cool rooms especially if you are a Hawkeye fan or alumnus. Ultra convenient to the ped mall and Pentacrest.

This is a nice property in the heart of Iowa City. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown, the university, several restaurants and bars. Staff were great! Overall a great destination and place to stay!

Graduate is my 1st choice to stay , always awesome front desk people and so covienent to downtown bars and shopping
