The property was nice and clean. Had no problem getting good parking space. We thought we had no hot water, but the hot was connected in the place of the cold. Was pleased with breakfast. There was cooked grits, didn't have to make instant.👍

Booked a suite. Lovely room, good proportions, clean, very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was really good. Everything hot and well cooked. Reception staff were just bizarrely unaware that they were at work. One young woman was checking me in, and all the time, another woman was actually brushing her hair. Just weird and not what should be happening.

Front desk clerks and management was stellar! Breakfast was delicious and hostess in breakfast area was amazing and friendly! Overall hotel was very nice and comfortable, will def stay again. The only complaint were the bathrooms, namely the showers, were not clean. Orange residue where water sits was along every edge and glass shower doors grimy, along with foreign hairs in the bottom of shower. To make sure it was cleanable, I wiped with rag from hotel to show the front desk, it came clean with one wipe, which tells me they’re not being properly cleaned and I don’t want to bath in something like that.

Many things broken in room: shades, lights. Shower base not clean. Staff was exceptional! Breakfast great.

Loved our stay here. We went to Avery Island and did a drive through New Iberia’s historic district. This place was close enough to both - but out if the “main” traffic area. Our fur-babies enjoyed their stay, the many grassy areas to explore and walk and do their business!! Clean and convenient made our stay-cation wonderful!!

Very clean room with cold a/c!! Good breakfast and delicious coffee!! Nice staff. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive and even allowed me to check in early as I had my 88 yr old mom with me. The compliment breakfast was very nice and offers a great variety. The breakfast area was very clean and comfortable

Bey bad condition the elevator was broken and couldn’t get wheelchair accessible for my last day. Someone was actually stuck in elevator and no access to my car because of emergency personnel.

THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST HOTEL THAT MAY BE IN THE ACADIANA AREA! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay. It is the best hotel certainly in New Iberia. The attendants in the evening and morning were cordial. The rooms are spacious! The bathroom lighting is great! They have not resorted to those LED lit all-around mirrors which makes it really hard for a female to apply makeup correctly. THANK YOU FOR NOT MAKING THAT HORRIBLE LIGHT UPGRADE! The area is safe, and the location is great. I really felt as though I was at a premier hotel. The breakfast is also great, and the lovely lady keeps that breakfast dining area really clean! I will continually choose to stay at Hampton INN when I come to New Iberia!

We were stuck in an elevator, hotter than hell for over 20 min. They had only 1 elevator working but it broke also. However the maintenance staff finally came to help and they refunded our night. However my husband had to go up and down 3 flughts of stairs to get our things.

The hotel itself is a GREAT place to stay even if it’s for 1 night. The only problem was that I wasn’t told at check in that they were having a problem the elevator after she booked me on the 3rd floor! Went and got bags and a cart and still said NOTHING! I HAD TO CLIMB STAIRS! NO DISCOUNT!! Complimentary water and dried cranberries…

Staff treated you like a friend or family member. They were very accomodating and willing to help.

Nice stay other than shower running all night next door so couldn't sleep. Front desk didn't have enouGh staff to check on reason. Bed comfortable. Good location. Breakfast delicious
