洛杉磯有Wi-Fi的飯店

✨ 這次在洛杉磯轉機，選了這家萬豪旗下的Fairfield Inn，體驗直接超出預期！酒店的免費機場班車超給力，幾分鐘就能直達LAX，對趕早班機的旅客來説簡直是救星。特大床房空間寬敞，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果也很好，倒完時差睡得超安穩。房間乾淨清爽，辦公桌、免費Wi-Fi都配齊了，臨時處理工作也完全不耽誤。前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住退房都很快，免費早餐種類豐富，熱食咖啡都很在線，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。周邊還有超市和餐廳，補給吃飯都很方便，下次來洛杉磯轉機還會優先選擇這裏！

My wife and I visited Catalina Island for our 28th anniversary — our first time back since before we were married in 1997. We chose the Catalina Canyon Inn specifically for the pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, and shuttle service. Their website is very nice and seemed like a perfect match for the occasion. Unfortunately, very little matched what was advertised. Shuttle: The shuttle was not waiting at the Catalina Express port when we arrived on the last ferry Saturday evening which was unexpected. Four of us were left waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes until the other couple called the hotel. The driver was friendly and apologized, but this set the tone for the weekend. The shuttle was consistently unreliable throughout our stay. They tell you to call the driver directly, but he often didn't answer. You'd end up having to call the hotel instead, and the shuttle only seemed to come after someone went inside and told the front desk in person. At one point we waited 45 minutes. Some guests got frustrated and just decided to walk, but the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill — not a realistic option, especially for older guests like us. Their website suggests the shuttle runs regularly, but that was far from our experience. Restaurant: We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM Saturday and were turned away, even though their website says they're open until 8:00 PM. We had to rush down the hill to find dinner to-go in town before the shuttle stopped running at 8:45. It was a shame we didn't even have time to stay and eat on our anniversary or face having to trek up that hill. The next morning I mentioned this to the restaurant owner, who insisted they closed at 8:00 and that she was there. She then told us the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays — so dinner there that night wasn't an option either. She was very friendly though I must say. On Monday we finally had breakfast before checkout. The food was mediocre and didn't match the glowing reviews at all. The prices were also odd — $12 for mozzarella sticks, $20 for nachos, but only $11 for pulled pork sliders, which you'd expect to be the pricier item. The pricing just didn't add up. While we were there, another couple was turned away at 1:30 PM because the restaurant closes from 2–4 on Mondays. We could feel their frustration. Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi we were looking forward to was covered up and converted into a gazebo with chairs. At first we couldn't find it but yea. No mention of this on the website. Room issues: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The front desk told us we can mention it to housekeeping, who didn't come until after 5:00 PM. We got the soap and a couple fresh towels. The towels themselves were thin and didn't dry well overnight so fresh ones were sorely needed to get at least one shower in with soap before we had to leave the next day. The TV didn't work at all, and the microwave was unplugged — though I was able to fix that myself. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee, which is standard at most hotels we've stayed at for half the price. The good: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was quiet. Bottom line: The website gives a very different impression than what you actually get. Between the unreliable shuttle, limited and unpredictable restaurant hours, missing amenities, thin towels, and no coffee, this was not the anniversary experience we hoped for. I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown so you're not dependent on a shuttle and stuck with limited options. I think we need to redo our anniversary. It was a miss for sure.

非常感謝6月19日打掃225房間的保潔員，我忘記拿充電頭充電線，專門追下來拿給我👍👍 酒店位置離市區遠，適合自駕遊客，酒店停車位多，不過很多是室外停車位離大堂門口較遠，衞生感覺沒問題，每天兩瓶免費礦泉水在美國很難得，酒店前台24小時營業並非攜程寫的衹到晚上12點，wifi如其他評論所説真的很差，連一會就斷網需要重新連接，房間很大，性價比非常高

接機：機場酒店shuttle bus等候區，各酒店接機巴士穿梭不停，威斯汀bus數量不多，但是人好像很多，在T7等了40分鐘好幾輛經過的巴士都因為滿員沒能把我們接走，最後是萬豪的班車把我們接走並送到酒店。 Check-in: 當晚到達人數太多，入住排長隊，決定先放下行李在寄存處，先出去吃飯回來再入住。果然回來衹有兩三個人排隊，迅速辦理入住，200美元按金，退房原路返回。 房間：大床房帶沙發，介紹可以住四人，四個大人肯定是住不下的，就是正常大床房。特別注意：房間內沒有飲用水，沒有拖鞋，在意這個的一定要自己準備。床很舒服，很舒服，很舒服！ 泳池：不大，但沒人遊，一個人包場，旁邊還有一個熱水泡池，很小，同樣包場，很舒服。白天有人躺在泳池邊躺椅曬日光浴，人都很安靜，可以看飛機。 健身房：器械比較全，人不多，體驗舒適，而且這裡有飲用水！可以拿杯子來這裏解決房間沒有飲用水的問題。 送機班車：大堂門口等候，注意區分員工班車和客人班車，客人班車有指定候車位。大堂有班車諮詢點，掃描二維碼可以查看幾輛班車實時位置，到達機場也就5-10分鐘。 退房：房卡11點失效，退房有快速投卡箱，不放心也可以排隊等前台，沒啥區別。按金退回速度很快。

離機場幾分鐘路程，酒店房間超多，就是停車有點貴，45美金不含税每晚。 房間設施齊備，但是攜程定的時候沒有早餐，需要單獨購買！

1、沒有拖鞋，牙刷，牙膏。 2、自助早餐，華夫餅我很喜歡，自己動手做的，第一天沒做好，第二天做的非常好，品種不多，能吃飽，沒有青菜，對於一箇中國胃這些吃不慣，自助餐肯定跟國內沒得比的。 3、酒店有巴士機場接送，但是我沒看到接機的車，坐了希爾頓花園酒店的巴士，下車後走路5分鐘左右可以到酒店，去機場在酒店門口等大約20分鐘。 4、衞生做的挺好，房間安靜，床大睡的舒服。 其它：附近流浪漢挺多，遇到4個，一直你好你好的叫喚，嚇得我連走帶跑，他們雖然可憐，但還是有點嚇人，天黑不建議出去，便利店步行5分鐘左右。

多人間住的大部分都是年輕人，大家都很熱情，也很友好，房間設施雖然簡陋了點，但是這個價格還能要什麼自行車呢，房間打掃還是很乾凈的，我們的房間裏有一個自己的公用衞生間，打掃很及時也很乾凈，總之居住體驗超出預期
