索里達瑞達德有Wi-Fi的飯店

「Our stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach.」

「L’hôtel est récent et vraiment bien placé. Le chek-in s’est passé avec une jeune fille tout à fait adorable. Nous avons pu avoir la chambre un peu plus tôt ce qui était top. Il y a encore à redire sur le nettoyage de la chambre. Nous avions demandé un passage supplémentaire pour le sol car nous y avons retrouvé beaucoup de cheveux qui n’étaient pas à nous ! La literie est très correcte. La piscine est top aussi. Le petit-déjeuner est limité mais bien. Gros bémol sur le restaurant fermé le samedi soir.」

「這是一個酒店羣，有三四個酒店組合在一起的，有適合家庭的，也有隻對成人開放的，酒店很大，需要坐觀光車來回各個地方，幾個酒店的大堂和餐廳及各種設施都可以互相使用的，活動非常豐富，每棟樓樓下都有一個管家，照顧這棟樓的顧客的所有需求！服務很好！每天早上8點以後管家就會把一整天的活動安排時間表和餐廳開放時間及各種音樂會，活動時間全部發給每個人，很貼心！每天活動也很豐富！酒店羣裏有二十個不同的餐廳可以選擇，都是全包的，非常周到！每天晚上的活動也很多，音樂演出，各種party！全天候安排到位！海岸線也很長，內部還有內陸湖縱橫交錯，景緻很不錯！很適合家人度假！」

「服務很好吃的很好風景也很好，美中不足的就是房間內太潮濕，內陸的朋友們可能會不太適應。房間內裝修比較現代，但對於住慣了國內好酒店的朋友們來説還是有些差距，所以沒必要抱着太大的幻想。用了房內的pad叫餐居然沒上，非得我打電話提醒才知道，比較掃興。還有就是這個海景精緻房約等於沒有海景，想要訂這個房型的直接定個基礎房型省省錢吧，想看海景的直接多花點錢一步到位。其餘的體驗都很不錯。」

「這是Playa Del Carmen中最好的價值。最好的一筆錢,特別是如果您正在此應用程序上預訂。美食。牛排餐廳也很棒。一切都乾淨現代,雖然不是最新的酒店。這是我們去酒店。只有抱怨他們停止了包括高級龍舌蘭酒(唐胡里奧)在內的所有」

「飯店坐落在普拉亞德爾卡曼（Playa del Carmen）的中心地帶，風景優美。工作人員熱情友好，彬彬有禮，讓您倍感賓至如歸。飯店附近有幾家餐廳，提供豐富的飲料和美食。可惜的是，這裡治安不太好——我的包包被偷了，我們還目睹了一場造成人員死亡的嚴重車禍。酒店本身很棒，但出於安全方面的考慮，我不會再去坎昆/普拉亞德爾卡曼了。」

「非常好的酒店和位置。我們處理的所有工作人員都很愉快和友好。酒店很乾淨,維護得很好,房間非常好。請注意,價格低廉的房間(至少是我的)可以看到一面牆。屋頂游泳池很棒,有很多地方可以坐着,工作人員彬彬有禮。靠近5大道,步行一小段路到海灘。我肯定會再次入住。」

「很棒的酒店，超出預期，整個酒店就是一個熱帶小森林公園，很美。管家服務無敵熱情，但餐廳服務一般。酒店自己有去隔壁X'Caret公園的私家通道（大堂有一條私家人工小運河，坐船進園），很方便，可以玩一半回來海邊餐廳免費吃一頓再進園。食物湊合（全包酒店就沒太高期望了）。酒店很大所以有高爾夫接駁車去各個點，園裡有各種野生動物，猴子都直接爬到我們房間的陽台近距離接觸了，當然還看到了別的例如蛇、鹿、蜥蜴等等。房間設施齊全，牀品挺舒服的。 中餐廳的那個魷魚主菜很好吃，點了又點。 海灘稍差，但不影響整體體驗，因為有趣的點太多了，院裏本身就有迷你的瑪雅遺迹。」
