馬諾美海灘私密飯店-限成人(Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun)

The staff were all very helpful and service was excellent for the quality of the property. Rooms were nice and the beach and pool as expected. Very low quality food, drink and mixers. Breakfast was good but other meals were at best average. All in all the service and the property condition of the property make it worthwhile for the cost. Food and beverage needs significant improvment.

This trip was by far the worst trip ever. Raccoons were running all over the place . I felt like I was inside a zoo. As a preferred customer we couldn’t find any top shelf liquor. The bartender asked $45 dollars for a shot of Hennessy. The food were horrible, and we didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for liquor. We received better service when we stay at the Excellence resort. Please save your money don’t go to this location. Do Not go to the presentation. The resort was trying to make us spend $35,000 dollars upfront to be part of the gold club membership. Never gain..

An absolutely amazing time. Every member of staff was very kind and accommodating. The food options were good, the grounds were beautiful, and the activity options were plentiful. We were never bored. When we wanted to be lazy, our room was cool and clean and room service was great.

Algo de basura en la playa y mar. Baño del restaurante frances/italiano, muy reducido. La comida y el trato personal excelente. La alberca podría ser más grande para tener más espacio entre camastros. En general uno de los tres mejores hoteles para adultos en la Riviera Maya.

Es una propiedad muy hermosa, el hotel es espectacular, los restuarantes de primera clase, la Playa es privada muy limpia el servicio de los meseros muy amables. Me quede en una habitacion Swim up que esta increible, la atencion por parte del staff fue de lujo. todo de primera clase.

The property is immaculate and feels swanky. Loved the glass of champagne upon arrival. Didn't love that we specifically asked for our two rooms to be near each other when booking only to find out they were on opposite sides of the property. We had to get manager approval for a room switch. AND, they wanted to charge us until we complained about that. The rooms themselves are nice, the pool/pool bar is fun and the VIP beach section is relaxing. The restaurants are so-so. Not bad, just not great. The two best were Mexican for dinner (yummy marinated steak) and the breakfast buffet which weirdly was far and away the standout for food and service (Freddy was awesome!). Nightlife is also meh (at the resort, we didn't try anything outside of the resort). The absolute best thing about the resort is the staff. They are outstanding. They really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The few things that could be improved are: 1. When I'm checking in, do not try to sell me a timeshare under the ruse that you are "showing me a brochure about your other hotels". 2. The food at most of the establishments needs tweaking to go from good to great and from great to excellent. Overall, it was disappointing. 3. Communication regarding daily activities is extremely poor. They rely way too heavily on the app to do this for them. We saw one sign with a list, but it's location is easily missed. No heads up was given on property other than for pool aerobics. Disappointing.

The resort wasn't too far away from the Cancun airport so we didn't have to drive very long to arrive. Check-in was easy, convenient and the cold towel was a nice touch. All needs were met with a prompt response. All staff was friendly and accommodating. The activities were well organized and the app for all information concerning the resort was also appreciated.

Traveled to celebrate our third wedding anniversary and this place was amazing! The hotel itself is gorgeous! Probably best staff I have ever encountered in a resort. The variety of food was a handful to choose from. The only negative thing I would say is the mosquitos. We kept getting bit outdoors and in our room. But other than that, 10 out of 10!
