「Когда заселялись попался номер с плохо работающим кондиционером, мы подошли на рецепшн нам без вопросов заменили номер, еда в ресторане вкусная, пляж мелкий, если купаться то придётся далеко идти до приемлемой глубины. Нам всё понравилось.」

Siamo stati benissimo. Staff molto gentile piscina bellissima. Ottima posizione sia per lo snorkeling che per atm e ristoranti. Colazione ripetitiva ma buona.」

「Loads of potential and most of the staff are friendly and try their best. The resort could focus on training their employees so that they can deliver services on a more higher level. They are able to do their jobs but it's very basic and doesn't fit the brand image that they are trying to portray. The food quality was not of high standard and when the hotel is not full they cold probably provide a set menu for breakfast. It may not be as good at first, but for reducing food wastage and food related health it could be beneficial. Our stomachs weren't happy when we ate at the resort because of this. For staff, you can empower your workforce by rather having a few people who are highly skilled but in a variety of areas. Maybe doing family weekends and have a kids club going to get younger families witih kids under 12 to come, as I feel like this is a great resort for young families since the beach is calm and the pools are set up like that. There is a massive area on the one side of the common area that could possibly have a play area with a little crafts centre going. The location is far from most places so if the resort focused on uplifting this would probably help a lot. It really has a lot of potential.」

「There was another persons hair on the bedsheets and the shower could have been scrubbed. The hotel was ok for the price and the staff were friendly enough. But cleanliness wasn’t great and the rooms ok the left side of the hallway upstairs have neighbours on a higher rooftop seating area able to see into your room (there is privacy glass but only on the bottom of the window).」

「入住很久了，今天和朋友聊起龍目那次在M島獨自去海裏游泳的驚險之旅，就想到我在攜程預定的這家酒店，就來說叨幾句。M島沙灘邊路不是很好走，這家算是M島比較好一點的酒店了，房間乾淨舒適，早餐不錯在樓上用餐可以感受海景，島上餐廳和酒店都不多，建議還是選擇T島吧，下午去海裏游泳遇到暗流差點游不回來，嚇個半死，果斷第二天找了當地小咪哩報了當地一日跳島遊船長助手帶我們下海一對一浮潛，一定要找當地正規地接參加出海游，安全第一，推薦當地地接微lombok520，希望可以幫助有需要的人」

「工作人員的服務非常棒,每個人都很友好和樂於助人。甚至在我到達之前,通過WhatsApp與工作人員的溝通也很有幫助。  我們房間的景色令人歎爲觀止。值得注意的是,我們房間裏發現了很多流浪甲蟲,特別是陽台區(我們下雨的時候去了)。  房間面積很大,即使加了牀,我們一點不覺得侷促。廁所面積也很大,很乾淨,廁所和淋浴區與門隔開。給的毛巾乾淨蓬鬆。  早餐太棒了!我們嘗試的所有食物都很美味。(是點菜式早餐) 總而言之,我們在這裏的住宿非常滿意,如果我們訪問龍目島,一定會再次入住這裏。」

「Отличный отель: номера просторные (у нас был номер с видом на сад, не бунгало), приветливый персонал, отличные пляжи рядом чтобы покупаться и загорать. Завтраки скромные (по меню), но вкусные, я бы поставил 4/5 по наполнению и вкусовым качествам. Если вы дайвер вам также сюда, здесь есть абсолютно все необходимое для погружений. В общем и целом 100% рекомендация.」

「價格上乘的酒店。房間現代乾淨,有陽台俯大海,可以放鬆,聽到海浪。房間很大,牀很舒服。只是知道你是不是在那裏的碼頭周圍沒有太多。但這是一個非常舒適的住宿地點,直到第二天早上我渡輪到巴厘島。只有15分鐘的摩托車騎到渡輪碼頭。」
