Отель с не очень новым ,номерным фондом , во время проживания огорчила концепция отеля ресторана , вегетарианской еды,, что не всем подходит ! Территория очень красивая, бассейн замечательный, персонал отзывчивый!

Worst place ever to visit. Its a total waste of money. Poor management and i would never recommend anyone to vist there. The staff was not at all helpful. I even found cockroaches in the food area. The place was also littered and not no one was cleaning

I had an amazing stay in the hotel. I had gone with my whole family. Before I reached the hotel I was contacted by hotel Sheraton’s staff Ms. Shimpi. She helped me with my transportations and check in. Soon after the check in our family was given a very warm welcome by the hotel reception team. In the morning we had very good breakfast experience. They have plenty of options from all types of cuisines. They also had a very friendly staff at the breakfast. During the day we met the housekeeping team, Thaan Singh and Mirza. They were amazing with me and my family. I was also greeted by Ms. Disha. I want to thank everyone from the Hotel Grand Sharaton team for making my family feel at home in our holiday experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

I have been to hotel so many times in the last few years, it’s almost home now in Indore. The staff are the friendliest, sweetest people in hospitality I have seen. There is a proper kiddie pool wit an instructor and the kitchen will fulfil every whim on your kids. Go there to get truly pampered. The kitchen is vegetarian, especial shout out to Disha at front desk and the kitchen staff. One of the best Sheraton properties
