I loved it. My 9 year old felt safe. The staff was amazing

Easy check in and main areas were clean. The room had damage, no working hair dryer, broken shower, broken tiles in bathroom, and stains on walls. Breakfast was cold and many bins for the hot food were just empty. I would give it a fair rating overall and rather next time spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere nicer.

The ladies at the front desk could not have been more efficient or any friendlier when I arrived to check in. I actually left my receipt and the key to my room at the front desk when I went to move my car, and when I called to see if it was there at the front desk, one of the ladies actually brought my key all the way down to long hallways to give it to me. She went above and beyond expectations.

I had to call front desk multiple times to get assistance. Television was not working. Only language on tv was Spanish and I could not understand what they were saying. Front desk wanted to send assistance the next day even though I would be checking out the next day. Also there was a bug in my bed crawling around. I asked front desk for contact info for manager and after emailing, I gave not heard back yet. I also called and was told the manager leaves at 3pm. Unacceptable. I will never stay at a branch of the holiday inn, again.

The location is right off the highway and in a good spot for travel. It looks like the hotel had some updates but the rooms were oddly furnished and have old worn pieces. Not really super clean but not terrible either. Breakfast was ok. The morning staff was amazing!

If you get the suite make sure BOTH tvs are in English! I was told by the front desk worker that they don’t clan the pull out couch blankets everyday and I would have to wait till the morning if I wanted new blankets I went to housekeeping and got my own.

Overall, the hotel was OK but we booked it because it said it sleeps six. It actually sleeps four. We had to put two chairs together for my son to sleep on.

Checked in & checked right out. Assigned a room at the top of an apparently half empty hotel. People hanging around the parking lot. Bathroom floor was filthy, Deposit required. Coffee'd up and drove the rest of the way to my destination in Ohio.

The employees were very nice. The building itself is very outdated. The shower curtain was on the toilet, the toilet tank needed to be played with to flush, the tv didn’t work, and the elevator felt like it was going to fall.

Room was fine, typical hotel. Continental breakfast was good. Room just looked aged, but was fine for one night. Not much but chain restaurants nearby.

Jen checked us in when we arrived and she called us by name the rest of our stay She was amazing.

The room was amazing and hotel staff were the best, most kind, understanding and friendly people! Definitely recommend and will be staying there again! Price was right too!

We needed to change our room to accommodate a change in health. The staff was wonderful helping us.

Wonderful hotel. Only complaint was the dogs on the same floor barking all throughout the night.
