It started at the very beginning of check-in waited 10 minutes for someone to serve me before I could get my room check in took 10 more minutes for whatever reason and then you come down for breakfast and there’s absolutely no juice, coffee or water available everything says out of order

Overall it was clean and good. As a guest, it would have been better if there is more visibility of reception staff or even security in the reception or main entrance lobby. It seems like anybody from outside just joins in for breakfast and loiters around sacrificing guest security.

Staff was very friendly and personable. Quick to help with anything needed. Hotel is in pretty decent condition. Nothing fancy, but clean and safe. I thought the beds were a little hard and the water pressure was a kind of low. Breakfast very basic, but stuff was fresh and correct temp. Would stay again.

Rude service when I called at 10:00 am on 11/08/23 she was so rude I asked to speak to a manager and she told me I needed to relax. I have stayed here before because of the location but I think I will be looking for something different as my experiences have had some of the same issues before.

The tv wouldn’t work. The fire alarm went of in the early hours of the morning. Housekeeping walked into our room when we were still sleeping at 7:30 am. Normally wouldn’t have stayed here, but most hotels were booked. We won’t be back.

This was by far one of the worst properties I have stayed at. For starters our room was one with a joined door (which should have been disclosed to us). The couch in the room was littered with stains. The large lamp did not work because the metal part of the plug was completely bent in half. Moving on to the restroom, 6 to 8 tiles on the floor in the restroom were completely separated from the thinset that holds the tiles down. An attempt to hold the tiles down with hot glue was made (I have photos). The restroom floor appeared soft and bouncy like we could fall through. The restroom mirror was broken in 2 places along the frame. The Hotel hosted a wedding on the 1st floor Friday and Saturday night of my stay. A portion of the wedding guests were staying in the adjoining room of mine. They began to argue at 7:30am on Saturday morning. Someone tried to enter my room Saturday around 4pm (I assume it was one of the wedding guests possibly at the wrong room - or at least I hope it was). After leaving for a bit on Saturday and returning to the hotel there was absolutely NO PARKING at the hotel (due to the event/wedding) being held. There were cars parked in fire lanes, cars parked on the sidewalks, under the entry covering. Paying overnight guest were unable to park during this event. My check out was scheduled for Sunday 8/13 and I was so upset with this facility that checked out Saturday evening around 9pm. The young lady at the desk stated she could not give me a receipt.

Staff did not explain hotel stay accommodations and I had to ask several questions. A Wedding party was going on when we checked in. It was noisy, kids running around the hotel, no parking , food, trash and broken bottles scattered through out parking lot. The noise did not stop until after midnight.

I had the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Still waiting on Manager to correct my bill. They argued with me instead of listen. Charged

The whole property needs renovation. Heater in room was extremely loud, cycling on every 5min. Room was clean but has poor condition.
