姆娜瑞度假村(The Munnar Queen)

Raramente do' un giudizio totalmente negativo, ma davvero non ci siamo. Il nostro TO ci ha spostato qui, dopo averci avvisato, per una ragione non chiarita (e mal ce ne incolse) L’hotel non si presenta molto bene già nella hall perché i divani sono sporchi, macchiati, ed andrebbero sostituiti o almeno rifatti. Siamo arrivati alle 12,30 ma le stanze dovrebbero essere consegnate alle 13,00 quindi attendiamo pazientemente. Poco prima delle 13,00 ci infor***o che la stanza non è pronta e ci invitano ad andare a pranzare intanto al ristorante interno. Sta al piano superiore, prendiamo l’ascensore, sporco come non mai, con ragnatele storiche ed entriamo per primi nella sala ristorante tutta buia. Accendono la luce per noi e mal ce ne incolse: il pavimento è sporco con grandi macchie di caffè ed i residui della colazione sono sparsi a terra. Non parliamo delle sedie che hanno dei cuscini in tessuto letteralmente ignobili per un hotel a 4 stelle. ***giamo un piatto veloce (ma i noodles di mia moglie sono arrivati dopo 20 minuti, e non c’era nessuno!) per INR 680 in due. Andiamo a prendere possesso della stanza. Ma è davvero ben lontana dalle aspettative e dalle foto presenti sul sito. Mia moglie protesta e ci propongono una stanza molto più grande con un salottino, purtroppo lo sporco è davvero troppo (le foto parlano da sole). Chiamo il mio agente che si fa in 4 (pur essendo giorno festivo) per un cambio hotel. Aggiungo che non c’è la safety box. Concludo dicendo che non tornerei lì in ogni caso.

Amazing hotel and staff. 5 star. the views from the hotel roof are amazing. Both sunrise and sunset is a must see. The restaurant is excellent. The hospitality was spectacular. Peaceful and serene, we will definitely be coming back here again.

The resort is very hygienic rooms are well set and the food is very much tasty and delicious . The amusement points are there especially for children's. After all the reception is nice.The landscape is attractive and all can enjoy the scenic beauty

Resort was awesome also ambience 5 star rating just very less option in food otherwise all super. Great service given next time sure coming. Nice views from the room nice swimming pool at the top children playing area also very good. Overall

Staff was very helpful. Specially the rooftop area and swimming pool is one of the amazing place where we can enjoy the nature and sunset and sunrise.My overall experience was very good. Specially staff was very good at their work and very supportive

1. Wonderful mountain view from the hotel. 2. Neat and clean room 3. First day the hot water supply was erratic so had to take bath in cold water. 4. Good behaviour of the staffs prompt service n good food. 5. Wifi speed was very slow. 6. There was enough supply of bottled RO water which is rarely seen in other hotels. 7. Enough supply of Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets in the room with immediate replenishment.

Good experience ,food is good,room is nit and clean, location is good, service is good well furnished property with good spaces room and tarec garden,breakfast and dinner is good but test mot proper niet indian

Very great stay and breakfast also very nice we need some more dishes. Amazing hospitals the room decoration was very beautiful . The view was amazing and great ambiance. Wonderful climate. Thanks for wonderful memories team munnar queen.
