Muhteşem bir yer, çalışanlar çok nazik , herakşam restoranda bir eğlence ve temizlikte çok iyiler onyüzmilyon tavsiye ederim masajından marketine konfor alanları var odalar çok güzel ve balkon manzaramız harika kuaför salonu bile mevcut akşamları kids clubta çocuklar çok eğleniyor

I Senelerdir tatilimizi yaptığımız konaklama yeri. Sıcacık bir kucaklamayla karşılandığınızda şaşırmayın. Temizlik personelinden, animatörlerine kadar hepsi inanılmaz güler yüzlü, ilgili ve kibarlar. Öncelikle burası çok temiz. Hergün odalar özenle temizlenip hazırlanıyor. Çocuklar için hem gündüz hem akşam ablalar ve abilerin ilgilendiği clup hizmeti var. Bir sürü etkinlikler yapıyorlar. Yol boyunca Bahar ablalarını anlatıp durdular. Çocuklarla çok güzel ilgileniyorlar. Sabah erken çıktığımız için vedalaşma fırsatımız olmadı. Çocuklar da biz de üzüldük. Ancak seneye yine görüşeceğiz inşallah. Bizim bir tatilden beklediğimiz bütün olanaklara sahip. O yüzden başka seçenekleri düşünmüyoruz. Havuzu ***et yeterli. Çocuklar kaydırağına bayılıyor. Restoran kısmında oturmak keyifli. Her akşam mutlaka etkinlikleri oluyor. Ben böyle işini severek yapan personelleri görmedim. Hepsi bir ailenin parçası gibi. İsim isim saymıyorum. Gerçekten çok kıymetli insanlar. Her sabah gülerek bakan gözlerden günaydınlar duyarak güne başlıyoruz. Bu işlet**yi ne kadar taktir etsek azdır. Bu sene 2 hafta kaldık. Ve hiç bir an sıkılmadık. Yabancı bir yerde gibi hisset**yor insan, evimizdeki rahatlığı yaşıyoruz. Çocuklu-çocuksuz her yaştan insanın keyifle vakit geçirebileceği bir yer. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Bize yine çok güzel bir tatil armağan ettiniz. Çok teşekkürler. Sizi samimiyetle kucaklıyorum. Çok sevgiler…

İlk defa gittik ve hersey şahaneydi animasyon ekibi gerçekten tatilimizi en iyi şekilde degerlendirmemizi sagladi. Yemekler çok lezzetli ve sunum harikaydı.butun çalışan herkes çok guleryuzluydu sakın ve huzurlu bir tatil istiyorsanız kesinlikle tercihinizi bu otelden yana yapmalısınız

Çok kötü bir deneyimdi bizim için. Otel odaları inanılmaz eski. Koltuklari birleştirerek yatak yapmışlar onlarda çok eski bir görünüme sahip. O kadar rahatsız oldukki gece uyumakta zorlandık. Tamam fiyat uygundu ve bizde sadece kalmak için odaya gelir kullaniriz dedik ama onu bile yapamadık. Rahah rahat uyumak imkansız. Klima zaten ucretli. Odalar temizlenmiyor. Havlular pis. Bir daha asla kalmayacagimiz bir otel. Sadece havuza vs özen gostermisler. Asıl misafirlerin konforuna otelin içine özen gostermelisiniz. En azından temizliğe.

Bonjour ayant réservé pour une semaine je n'ai pu que rester 6 jours sur les 7 réservés. Le 6ème jour il ya eu un feu dans la nature et qui c'est propagé dans tous la ville ainsi que l'hôtel. Tout les clients ont fuit y compris nous. Aucun membre de hôtel n'a pu nous diriger sur une autre solution d'accueil. C'est pour cela que l'on a du quitté la ville avec regret. Jai du réservé d'urgence un autre hôtel a une autre ville qui les frais on été très importante.

I went with The Wife and 2 children. This holiday to Turkey was quite simply one of the best holidays I have ever been on. I am trying to separate that experience from the hotel and give a review of the hotel. Even in doing that I have to say the hotel was great. We stayed in the Gardens block at the back. The apar**ent was new (or felt it) and a really pleasant space to be in. There was a small pool at the block which the hotel room looked over. We did use that pool a bit as it was quite private as the guests staying in the Gardens block just used it. The main pool near the slide was a lovely space to be in too. It was nice using the slide and the whole area was just nice. The restaurant was perhaps a bit expensive; we didn't dine there too often as we tended to be out. I used the Turkish barber on site to get a shave and that was good. We took the bus, which you got at the end of the road, into Marmaris quite frequently and we were in Icmeler once too and on the beach there. It really is beautiful. Marmaris as well is unreal. We bought some 'excursions' at the marina in Marmaris such as Turkish Bath, Jeep Safari, Pirate Ship and trip to Turtle Beach. These excusions were (in my opinion) extrmely cheap and they really made the holiday for us. If I was going again I would probably stay in Marmaris rahter than Icmeler but it is handy to get about in the bus and the bus is very handy to the hotel Grand Aquarium. There are a lot of cats. Yes. I have seen so many people say there are a lot of cats. It's not really a negative. It's just a fact. Icmeler and Marmaris are super. If you have booked this hotel you are sure to be pleased with it. I have given it a 4 star review and I would recommend the hotel and the area to anyone. My tip would be to do some excusions and get out into the lovely area and see as much of it as you can. Such a beautiful, stunning area.

This is the most amazing place ever.Hotel is exceptionally clean and restaurant food is lovely every member of staff is amazing professional and so helpful No matter what you ask they will help you Every team member in every depar**ent is brilliant.The Customer Service lady (Saliye) is an amazing lady who is a great help to everyone no matter what they ask her to do Prices are reasonable and great service Had the best Turkish Bath and massage Hairdresser is great too and Dogan at jewellers fantastic Grand Aquarium is our second home, been coming here over 16 years And the owners Yaman Sera very pleasent Highly recommend it

I cant not praise this hotel enough as everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff are amazing as they really make you feel like you are family there. They are friendly, kind, caring and polite and nothing was ever to much to ask... they really make you feel valued. Sally the manager I could not fault and nothing was too much trouble for her and would always come over and chat to is. Mustoda, Mehmet,Muhanmed and Ali were some of the bar staff that really stood out to me and my family as they always made effort to chat and really made a effort of interacting with our 3 year old! Tolga the receptionist was another one that really made a good impression as was happy to help with any questions we had and if we needed anything. They really have got the staffing right in this place. The next best thing about this fab hotel is the entertainment they put on at this hotel as they do not hold back they had massive foam party, bingo, professional dancing, amazing bubble making lady, singing and so much more they are just some of it. The hotel itself is well looked after and always clean and the rooms get cleaned daily while there. Everything was always spotless. The hotel is slightly out of the way but only by 15 -20 min walk which was perfect as means you still got to enjoy the beautiful mountains surrounding it. Then if it did get to much there was plenty of taxis and buses that run along the place so was always easy to get around. Would happily go here again and again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apar**ent was lovely and modern and had everything we needed. The location was great for exploring the local area and further afield. Our toddler absolutely loved the heated pool. However we were a little disappointed by how loud it is around the complex, loud music being played from 11am until the early hours made it sometimes difficult to sleep. We booked via a package deal and there was no mention of any loud music / loud entertainment so it was a bit of a shock. As mentioned, we still enjoyed our 1 week stay.
