I booked this Hotel via MakemyTrip portal. Room was not cleaned Properly, Bathroom was stinking, even I didn't take shower in Morning, mini cockroaches roaming around bed and inside bathroom. I putted my Luggage on Bed to protect from cockroaches....

It was a really good experience staying at hotel imperial classic, the staff here is very polite and also the receptionist was helpful for all the queries that we had, The room and bathroom was really clean. Location was good as it is near bawarchi hotel. Thank you

Well place to stay with family...good staff behaviour... very cooperative...they never says no... whenever I required something which is applicable they arranged..good communication from secunderabad junction and for other place also like Golconda,film city,charminar,salar Jung..and for any food order like Zomato ...

The hospitality of the stuff was excellent. The ***ager was very helpful. The room was also big enough and cozy. The only downside was there was no inhouse food facility so food has to be brought from outside. But they provide necessary utensils if requested.

Totally money waste experience, 3rd Grade room quality as per terrif taken, old rooms with broken and old furniture, doors n locks were broken, electrical points were not working, washroom were old and broken, room was full of bugs, poor hospitality and service I had till now

Very nice stay at Imperial classic hotel in Hyderabad. Best hotel for the families and alone staying , value for money. Very good location. 24/7 transportation available, easy find the hotel . Near to metro station.

The hotel is budget friendly. The location is very good. I did not have any problems with check-in or check-out etc. The facilities are slightly lacking. However, overall it is a very good hotel and I would recommend it for families, solo travelers and even business travelers.

Facilities and neatness everything is good but I felt it was bit expensive prices are bit need to be Reduced . I booked from 1 day to next day afternoon but my arrival time is on next day morning but still they charged me full
