If you’re used to incredible 5 star resorts this all inclusive will not meet those expectations. However we were very pleased overall with the experience. Nice pool area with slides and swim up bar, rooms basic but very clean and are cleaned and laundered every day. Good selection of drinks from the bar. Ayman at reception was absolutely lovely and very helpful throughout our stay :) However, the food was pretty shocking. We ate in the Italian restaurant one night and once in the buffet for lunch but couldn’t bear to go again since the food looks like it’s been sat there for days. There were options for vegetarians although not many, and this is all I would have eaten anyway as the meat dishes looked like dog food. We ate out at restaurants every night after. Also the phone service is terrible from the rooms as there is no wifi connection. Make sure to buy a sim before you get to the hotel. The music is too loud around the pool you can hardly hear yourself think. We’re not even old and it was grating after a while. Also there is lots of construction going on around the hotel. There are dangerous holes in the pavement which are a safety hazard especially at night time so be careful, and it is a nightmare to drag your suitcase along them. This should be fixed asap. The animation team are so good. Hima, Somi and Ufuk especially made our holiday special and are an asset to the team. They love their jobs. In fact all the staff in the bar areas, restaurant, lifeguards and animation are friendly and polite and happy to help and chat. Considering the price, the drinks alone make up for the lack of food :) Thanks to the staff that made it such a nice place to stay :)

普通服務生態度不錯，但是前台普遍態度差，中間遇到過好幾次事情找了不同的前台，態度都很差，衹有大廳wifi免費所以大廳都是免費蹭網的人，因為我們自己買了流量，房間沒有wifi想着也沒關係，但是房間信號非常非常差，我出海潛水到了海中間還有4g滿格，房間裏經常是微信一句話發出去兩分鐘還在轉圈圈，如果你想體驗一個人的清靜世界，歡迎來住。 說到潛水，Hilton裏面的dive center就是個坑，收了我們5潛的錢，衹給安排了4潛，最後那潛找了各種理由不帶我們去，並且在開始付錢的時候，一定要double check，當時要的是歐元，我們想用美金付款，收錢的那個人假裝好心說幫我們查匯率然後多報給我們價格，幸虧之前路上被當地人坑過多長了個心眼，我自己查了之後跟他說價格不對，他才說是他算錯了。以及潛水的時候第一天兩潛都是還有100-120bar就升水上船了，也不給任何理由。第二天另一個潛導一直要我們買照片的package，不買當場摔手機甩臉色，總之是個很差的體驗。 酒店私人海灘不怎麼樣，水渾濁，浮潛看不到東西，也沒啥生物，不如市中心那邊酒店的私人海灘水質好。 唯一一點吃的還可以。但是啤酒摻水了。 不會再定這家酒店了，也不會推薦給任何人，誰去誰傻x。

This was the first time I'd ever been to Egypt and also the first time I'd ever done an all-inclusive... It did not disappoint! Arrival: So, my partner and I arrived on an evening after dinner was finished but we were still treated to a welcome drink and some snacks to tide us over. When we arrived at our room we were surprised with a beautiful bed display and a cake in honour of our anniversary (which I'd let them know we'd be celebrating when we booked). Room: The room was spacious, clean and had a great view over the pools from the small balcony. It had air-con, a safe, TV, couch, table, wardrobes, telephone, minifridge and a separate bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. The room was regularly cleaned unless we put the do-not-disturb sign out and the cleaners did a very thorough job (honestly, the whole support staff are unsung heroes at this place). We were mostly left in peace whilst in our room but the doors need to be closed with a bit of force so, if your neighbours come back at 2am you will know about it! Pools: The pool facilities were great; they're constantly being cleaned so they're excellently maintained. There are 3 pools: Heated, unheated and child's pool. There are also 3 water slides. I can't comment on the kids pool or slides but the other two pools are pretty similar to each other (apart from the temperature difference), neither is very deep but there is plenty of swimming space and the surrounding scenery is very pleasant. The heated pool has a swim-up bar and the other has a snack hut, so you can easily grab a cocktail or ice-cream. Be aware that the pools open and close roughly with the time of sunset/sunrise, so that meant around 0800-1600 while we were there; no late night swimming sessions for us :( Beach: The beach is a little walk away but it's not difficult and even those with mobility issues are unlikely to struggle with it... You just leave the complex, cross the road and head down a foliage-lined pavement through the sister-hotel and you come out on a cordoned off section of beach. While you're there, the staff still bring you refreshments and there's also a security guard on-site, so you feel safe leaving your things on a beach chair and you know that there'll be no hassle from the locals trying to sell you things. There's a large body of water cordoned off for hotel guests to swim in with anchored platforms and perry-bouys scattered throughout. We did a little snorkeling and it's not hard to come across fish in this area either. When you're done there are some showers nearby but no changing facilities (but with your room 5 minutes away, that's no big deal). Food & Drink: There are places all over the complex where you can grab a snack or drink throughout the day and the inclusive drinks include all softies, local beer, spirits and cocktails but I believe wine cost extra (I'm not a big alcohol drinker so I wasn't especially paying attention) the drinks are on the weak side but I suspect they don't want to b

下午三點才能check in,早幾分鐘都不行。訂了兩個房!! 5209/5207! 房間搞衛生的男服務員態度巨爛，爛入屎坑! 入住時我們並沒有發現缺少了沒浴室地巾和中毛巾。直到這個男服務員送過來后才知道是配少了來補鍋。 結果這個人打聽客人住幾個人住幾天賴着不走原來是想要小費。工作上的失誤補禍了客人沒投訴也就算了，居然還想要客人–––一個小姑娘給小費，作為一個男人真是臭***! 後來門打不開問他，居然黑臉說不知道! 這種服務員趕緊解僱了吧！幾次路過都看到他在旁邊遛彎鬼鬼祟祟，如果不是房間有保險柜，這個人絕對會下手! 不會再入住!

酒店佔地很大，泳池麪積也很大，衹可惜白天都出海潛水，回來也沒有精力享用了。自助餐廳菜品都很豐富，味道也不錯，需要預約的那兩個餐廳口味更佳一些。潛水中心有自己的碼頭，非常方便，服務也很好。價格比外麪稍高一點，但物得其所。

We stayed here this past week June 2023, it was an amazing holiday. Pros- The entertainment team are brilliant, Bob, Vicki, Keko and Momento especially. They always came and spoke to us in the mornings. Making us laugh and getting us involved in all their activities. The lifeguards were also incredible. (Ahmed and Ramadan) Helping us move our sun beds either into the sun or into the shade. The lunch around the small circle pool was very good. Chips, pizza, burgers, kebabs. Very good food. Served from around 11:30 to about 3. Rooms were very clean, the cleaner was very good we were on the 5th floor room 1519 very good few of the sea and the next door hotel, nice and quiet in the evenings so would be good for someone who likes to go up to the room earlier in the evenings. Bottled Water was given to us everyday. Pools were kept clean and monitored throughout the whole day. Water slides were very good. Felt very safe and were again monitored the whole time. Food at the al carte restaurants were lovely. However you do need to book these quickly as they go very fast. We stayed up until midnight to make sure we got a space. Cons- Food at the buffet in the evening wasn’t brilliant, however I am a fussy eater, there wasn’t chips in the evening buffet any of the times we ate in there, the pasta station was very good for someone like me who likes plain food. The restaurants were quite warm so I found it quite uncomfortable to eat in. The boulevard burger restaurant was outside and I really struggled to eat here. The only restaurant which I thought was a nice temperature was the Asian restaurant, very good food in there was well. We stayed around what was meant to be the adults only pool. A smaller circle one in the middle, however there were more children in this pool than there were adults. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely return. We had a great time.
