很乾凈，他們真的很好

Excelente lugar a un precio muy accesible, desayuno es fantástico, y sobre todo las personas que atienden en el lugar habla idioma español mucha cortesía y el lugar muy limpio. Ya aproximadamente un año atrás te visito este hotel por motivos de trabajo y cada vez me quedo en el las habitaciones estando perfectas con mucho detalle de limpieza muy agradable ambiente.

Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund seiner günstigen Lage zum Flughafen ausgewählt. Von der Mietwagenstationen sind es nur 10 Minuten. Die Lage direkt an der Autobahnauffahrt ist natürlich mit entsprechender Lautstärke verbunden. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite gebeten und dort hat man von der Straße nichts gehört. Das Zimmer war in ordentlichem Zustand, zweckmässig und sauber. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch, der Bacon war super. Preis Leistung stimmt hier und wenn man spät landet und einfach nur ins Bett will ist es optimal.

The staff was beyond rude. I got stuck in Houston due to a late flight and couldn’t get my rental car till morning. I needed a quick and easy place to stay. So I booked a room. The woman working the night shift refused to check me in even though I had an Orbitz confirmed itinerary. She was rude and unhelpful. Orbitz had to call her twice to get me checked in and one of the times she flat out hung up on them. She finally checked me in but was still unbelievably rude to me. I was shocked by her dismissive attitude to a paying customer. Don’t stay here. This was the worst experience I’ve had while traveling. It’s not worth dealing with the rude staff.

Het hotel ligt direct aan de snelweg, maar binnen heb je geen last van het geluid. Helaas liet de hygiene te wensen over: er zaten make-upvlekken op het kussensloop en er lagen meerdere haren in de kamer (die niet van ons waren).

It was a terrible night of trying to sleep. The noise from the Highway and the air conditioner were more than I could sleep through. A long, restless night before having to be at IAH at 7am for flight. I kept thinking a helicopter was hovering above us only to realize it was the AIR CONDITIONER. It would start out ok, then increasingly get louder. I would not recommend this hotel unless it was the absolute last hotel available.

Customer service was great, the room was clean and my kids enjoyed their stay so much that i had to grab food for them and bring it back instead of going out to eat
