順化親子旅遊

Overall I had a great experience until the last night ( Saturday night) when the hotel was fully booked for some kind of very wild Vietnamese people- big families with around 50 kids of different ages ( they came to celebrate the birthday) in total who ruined my sleep at 5:40am and then again ( after I told them to shut up) at 07:40 am so I couldn’t fall asleep anymore ( I worked till 01:00 am and wanted to sleep at least till 0900)🤦🏼♀️ Their kids are running the hallway from early morning screaming with doors opened into their rooms where their parents are shouting at each other ( those uneducated people from the villages can’t talk quite). You can hear it with your door closed very loudly ( my alarm rings even quieter). The evening before they were singing karaoke in the meeting room next to the lobby bar ( in the main building), so I could hear it in my room on 5th floor. I don’t understand why hotel management allows these such big groups which don’t even know to to respect other guests especially in 5* hotel to stay at such famous brand hotel ( Meliá) . Those kind of the LOCAL guests just ruin the image of the hotel! I pay money for 5* hotel to have a good sleep, but not to be disturbed by other guests 24/7 who have no manners and do not teach their kids how to behave in such places. My suggestions for a light sleepers to AVOID this hotel on WEEKENDS as you probably won’t be able to sleep. I have been living in Vietnam for 7 months ( mostly in 4-5* hotels ) and noticed that is a common practice for some Vietnamese to gather whole village and book 5* star hotel for weekends for celebrations. I had the same issue in very nice 4* hotel in Hoi A where I stayed during 6 weeks. Every weekend it was a nightmare for me (in the night and early morning!). In all other aspects if you come to Kobi during the week this is amazing hotel! Beds, views, ONSEN, breakfast….and staff are amazing! Thanks to everyone who works in this hotel for providing a high quality service.

當天度過了非常糟糕的一天，下大雨被困在半路，在路上臨時預訂了這家酒店，到達後意外的被升級了房間，工作人員都非常友好，房間也超級棒，終於飽餐一頓，給糟糕的一天添上了一個過於完美的收尾，下次有機會去越南，會選一個好的天氣再回來住的:） 非常感謝前台小姐姐/大堂經理小姐姐的幫助🙏🏼

非常好，環境優雅舒適。 服務人員熱情。早餐很好，選擇的種類很多。攜程的服務很好，雖然是代理單，攜程也在幫忙確認訂單訊息，已確保入住。 環境很好，户外有蚊子，做好防蚊就好。 另外餐廳，Spa 瑜伽教室都離的比較遠，須步行前往，夏天户外很熱。

早餐種類多，味道不俗，在餐廳還可以俯瞰整個順化區。位置不錯，靠近順化皇宮，週末樓下還會變成行人專用區，有表演、小吃攤等。美中不足是房間WiFi 欠佳，一開始會突然斷線，不過跟reception 反映後，維修人員馬上到房間跟進（雖然維修後仍偶然斷線，不過很快又自動連線了）。

그냥 리뷰를 작성하는데 진심으로 좋은곳이야 추천합니다 조식뷔페인데도 맛있게 먹었어 너무 깔끔하게 굿 야외수영장? 좀 아쉽네요

Очень комфортный, красивый, фундаментальный отель и гостеприимные сотрудники. С момента заселения и до отъезда мы чувствовали заботу даже в мелочах. Отель поддерживают в отличном состоянии. Номер чистый, всё выглядит как новое. Расположение отеля удачное. До главной достопримечательности «Императорский город», которая нас впечатлила масштабом и красотой, можно дойти прогулочным шагом за 30 мин. или доехать на такси. Рядом есть маленькие и большие магазины и рестораны. Считаем этот отель идеальным выбором в Хюэ.

一座歷史的見證 每一個細節都很棒 包括服務 就在古城對岸 大隱於市 如果説它“舊” 那麼“舊”就是它的亮點 Artdec隨處可見 二樓的特色課堂 每一間門口都有一段歷史文獻 和時間同住 服務很好 不過分但是能感受到舒適 升級了房型看到了河景 Spa價格非常好 300多值得一試

如果再回來越南，這裡是最願意重新回來住的地方。 非常安靜，酒店工作人員超級熱情，這是很新很完美，還有免費送的一些按摩服務，雖然我沒有使用，但還是賓至如歸。 酒店租一輛小摩託可以非常方便的四處在説Hue逛。

這家酒店距離順化火車站步行約8分鐘，方便搭乘火車前往峴港，酒店前台可以英文溝通，員工熱情，友善，特別是前台的一位男性員工，能用英文詳細介紹順化各個景點的位置，為出行提供幫助。客房乾淨整潔，設施設備有限，早餐自助餐，品種多樣，美味。酒店距離天姥寺打車50000越南盾，距離順化皇城打車6500越南盾。頂樓餐廳可以俯瞰胡志明曾經就讀的那所中學的全貌。性價比比較高。
