順化設有酒吧的飯店

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

Very good location and many choices of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and very confortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to book a day trip tour on my arrival.

I love this resort so much! Can’t wait to recommend everyone, especially those who love the zen vibe. It’s the best resort in my life. The atmosphere, the decoration, the service here and all the details are sooooo good! Although there’re lots of flowers and trees, but I couldn’t find any insect or mosquitoes! I also attended their free yoga and meditation classes. The vibes here just made us relaxing. We were ungraded to a villa and we totally enjoyed our stay here! I’ll definitely miss this place and the staff here! I recommend everyone to book the villa. The villa made my Vietnamese trip totally worth it! I also had a spa treatment, jacuzzi and sauna. Although i think the spa is a bit pricey, but thinking that i can relax with this beautiful place. Why not experience it once in a lifetime!

飯店本身是依湖而建，從湖的一端走到另一端大約3公里，這段路程非常健康，尤其是在飯後。飯店也提供自行車，我們可以租一輛沙灘車代替步行。 我們預訂了水上別墅，住在水上真是一次很棒的體驗。房間很大，130平方米，設施齊全，雖然有些小改進可以讓住宿體驗更好。例如，浴室可以有更多的照明，並在浴室下方安裝一些沒有植物的毛巾懸掛裝置。 工作人員非常友好，笑容溫暖。兩個游泳池都擁有絕佳的景色。水療中心非常棒。 這家酒店非常適合放鬆和休息。前往風景名勝的交通略遠。開車到峴港機場大約需要80分鐘。

頭一次入住悦榕莊，頭一次去越南，內心期待又緊張。結果是出乎預料地好，體驗非常的棒，超出預期的棒。這家酒店並不新，但是所有的傢俱衞浴都保養得很好，比起這幾年去過的其它品牌的酒店，比如布吉的威斯汀，甚至馬代的都喜天麗，悦榕莊的品牌標準不是一般的穩定和完善。每天兩次打掃房間，每日小禮物，小點心，最後一日的泡泡浴和雙人浪漫布置，完全都是驚喜。因為我們的別墅在山頂，電瓶車召之即來，每個服務人員都是清一色的微笑服務，非常耐心，即使英語有限，也完全看不出酒店服務業那種常見的招牌式客服式假笑。非常值得一提的是Spa，悦榕和悦椿兩家姐妹酒店的水療都試過了，手法專業，賣力而且物超所值，我在七天八晚的時間裏去了四次水療，意猶未盡。好評道不盡。其實我是很挑剔的人，而且有潔癖，過去二十年裡也去過幾大洲的各類海島五星級酒店，這次真的很感恩，因為是臨時決定的，九月份才交錢預訂，去過以後，心裏的忐忑變成了感恩和滿足。不得不説，圈粉悦榕莊了。今年有機會要試一下國內的各家悦榕莊。

首先要重點表揚攜程的客服團隊，在酒店無故換房型的情況下迅速幫忙協調，在酒店給出解決方案不滿意的情況下，協助更換了附近同等酒店，保障了度假體驗。我已經是攜程十多年的會員了，十年前當留學生出國買錯機票、轉機時間不合適，好幾次都是攜程的客服來電主動提醒修改，現在帶娃帶長者出行，依然信任攜程的服務。 下面是對酒店的主觀評價，僅代表我個人感受： 擅自換房：我訂的沙灘2卧室泳池套房，圖的就是出門就去沙灘，結果酒店提前兩天發了個郵件通知給我換到什麼天空泳池loft，卧室客廳泳池分別在三層樓，回覆郵件詢問是否可以替換，酒店不回覆。打電話、居然不接？？？到了現場就是口頭sorry一下，給了59美金消費額度作為彌補，這2種房型國慶期間每天差價都不止50美金。 設施：舊且衰敗，衰敗的四星級？作為有年頭的酒店，設施可以舊一點、有一些年代感，但維護管理不到位所體現出來的衰敗感很讓人沮喪。房間裏射燈壞了、沙灘躺椅壞了，公共區間很多損壞的地磚（泳池區域、可能會劃腳）、走廊有裝飾畫脱落缺失、酒店白色外牆積滿黑色的灰塵/黴菌，很讓人不舒適。 衞生：不乾淨，明顯長期打掃不到位。無論公共空間還是房間都灰濛濛的、感覺臟臟的。房間的玻璃窗上還留着不知道上幾任房客留下的指印、小孩的脣印。床頭白色櫃子的角落裡積滿了灰塵，屋頂的泳池壁黏膩滑，長出了青苔（在我們要求下重新打掃換水，花了大半天時間）。餐廳枱麪居然是玻璃的，上一桌客人吃完服務員拿着抹布幾下就擦好（就像國內大排檔翻枱）。很難説這是五星級。 環境：沙灘很粗礪，有非常多破碎的貝殼，帶孩子一定要準備沙灘鞋，否則很容易劃破腳。公共區域泳池很早關門，看上去也有藻類了。酒店夜晚極其昏暗，搭配牆上年畫風格的裝飾、一些紅紅綠綠的幽暗燈光，的確有些嚇人。 服務：服務態度是很好的，但是管理層的不作為並不是靠員工的辛苦來彌補。 另外不得不提一下餐廳的消費，性價比極低（貴且難吃），感覺就像是消費圈套，100多人民幣一碗越南粉/一個蔬菜沙拉，價格倒是非常五星級，但味道衹能説可食用。 早餐也很不好吃，摳搜感非常明顯。 假期珍貴，請看到這條評論的旅友慎重考慮。（特別是帶孩子長者度假的情況。）

旅舍很乾淨,房間設計得很好。 工作人員很友好。 位置在旅遊區中間,所以周圍可能會有點響。 我們在這個地方洗衣服的經歷很糟糕,我們在揹包裏騎摩托車在越南旅行,我們需要洗幾乎所有的東西,因爲我們在路上呆了一段時間,價格是80k,5kg,我們寄了5.4公斤,被收了100k,第二天早上穿冒險的衣服時,我們發現所有身上有污漬的衣服都有相同的確切污漬,甚至更多的洗滌劑污漬(其中一件夾克上有貼紙,當我們把它拿回來時,它仍然有標籤,所以如果它甚至洗了,我們把它們送回去,後來把它們拿回來,它們仍然非常不乾淨,上面有同樣的污漬,我跟工作人員談過,但我的問題沒有得到解決,我不得不在下一個城市再次洗衣服。 對我們的時間和金錢來說有點浪費,但除此之外,這個地方很好。

地理位置極為優越，位於順化市中心樞紐 Chu Van An 的斜對面，周圍遍布餐廳、商店和酒吧。飯店雖然有些舊了，但是很乾淨，一切設施都還能正常運作。您需要選擇河邊的房間，那裡的景色很好，而且晚上噪音較小。您可以在面向城市的房間裡欣賞震撼人心的音樂直至凌晨 2 點。 牆壁有點薄，所以吵鬧的鄰居會打擾你。 早餐非常美味而且選擇多樣化。

2點鐘停下來,早餐適中,選擇不大,但我們已經夠了,水果,蛋,蔬菜,茶,咖啡,麪條,湯,雞肉

位置和服務都不錯但是房間比較舊。健身房也小設備老舊,游泳池也小,看起來髒兮兮的。 我們住了5天,但早餐5天都一樣,很容易變得無聊。 房間裏的噪音取消是壞的,我可以清楚地聽到外面的聲音。 房間裏的東西都很爛,尤其是浴室。 然而,對於那裏的服務和工作人員來說,這是很高的。
