We recently visited this property for a medical stay while I was having a surgical procedure done. When we arrived, we found small black bugs in our room and tried to ignore it but throughout the evening, they continue to appear. So the next morning, which also happens to be the morning of my procedure we found more bugs and my wife requested a room change. I went off to have the procedure done and late that evening returned to the hotel, only to find our new room with bugs as well. Obviously, my wife did not want to try to move me that evening and hoped that it would be an isolated siding. The next morning she woke up and found roaches, and we decided that was the last straw. There was another IHG property just a mile down the road and since we were using points and cash, we asked if we could move to that property and get the same rate. And they told us we basically had 15 minutes to get out of the room because it was near 1 o’clock or else they would be charging us for that night stay. By the time we spent roughly 2 hours at morning on the phone with IHG customer service, we were never able to speak to someone who could OK our move to the Staybridge suites hotel. Both of these hotels are located very close to my doctors office. At this time, my surgical procedure called for me to have a drainage tube so the last thing I wanted to be sharing a room with was a bunch of black bugs, ticks, and or roaches, or whatever these bugs were. Through our frustration and continuous explaining of my health condition, no one seemed to care. They didn’t care about customer service. They didn’t care about my health. They didn’t care if we stayed in another one of their properties. that’s after roughly 6 to 8 customer service agents at my wife and I both spoke to. And I probably shouldn’t have even been on the phone due to the nature of my surgery which involved my neck and throat area. The general manager, was as ruthless as I’ve ever seen the manager of a hotel property. I’ve never seen anything like it, and I travel quite a bit. We use this property because my wife had used it for a business travel, and thought that it would be clean and it was in close proximity to my physicians office. but we ended up moving to an entirely different hotel in an entirely different part of town. We ended up at a Sonesta suites near the galleria area in Houston and we were much happier. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this property and the people that manage it. Because if you have a problem, they do not care, and they will do nothing to try to make you feel like you’re a dollar is a value to them nor will the IHG rewards customer service people. I am also writing a letter to their corporate office and going to follow up at their main headquarters in Atlanta to find out exactly why we were treated like garbage. It made absolutely no sense and they were as matter-of-fact as they could be about their harsh treatment of my wife and I . Avoid this property

評價就參考提示的大家問來說說吧:-) 早餐自助，各種麵包蛋奶水果穀物飲料，也有烤麵包機和華夫餅機。廚房當家小姐姐貌似獨自作業，非常乾淨利索！帶孩子一起的家庭很多，都很有禮貌。一張大牀足夠2-3人睡，是否能加牀訂購詳情裏都有寫清楚。酒店位置也很好，高速路邊，一出門很多快餐店，稍微走出去有公車站和超市各種餐飲店。停車場也有。還有個小泳池，有的家庭晚上帶孩子去找樂子撲騰，而我這樣的單身狗就可以坐在池邊分享這樣的人間喜樂…健身房雖小也是有的。前台服務很好，訂披薩找車各種諮詢棒棒噠！
