The room was clean but there was a leak and the wifi was very weak in rm 109 the young lady on duty was VERY helpful and nice.

Pretty nice hotel, quiet stay, I’ll definitely come back here.

They don't always have amenities available

Checking in and they had no room available even though they showed the prepaid reservation. Found a room in poor condition that was not rentable because of repairs needed. Couldn’t get a room key because machine was broke to make them. So she let us in and couldn’t leave room without getting locked out. My stay in area was for another 3 nights, glad I only booked one night stayed elsewhere for rest of time

The toilet in my room did not flush unless I first filled the tank with water from the bathtub. There were folks smoking **** and cigs all over inside the rooms especially on the first floor where I had my room located. I asked to be put on the 3rd floor and was refused due to "our guests with animals are on that floor". The coffee pot was a joke. I've never been in such a horrible hotel. It is way below Choice Hotels standards and you should remove your name from this hotel. I will NEVER stay here ever again and will advise my friends to do the same. The stove is dated back in the 1990's. There were no utensils or even 1 single glass or plate in the room. I was missing towels and I even had to bring in my own bed blanket as they said they had no blankets for guests.

The water was brown and the toilet ran constantly the bathroom wasn’t clean

My family and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and it was great! All the staff was very helpful. But I have to say Ms. Lajonda was the friendliest of them all. She is very understanding and will work with you any way possible. If she not a manger she need to be. I would tell anyone that this is a great place to stay. Thanks all.

The place is in a sketchy part of town. The lobby was closed when I arrived a little after 11 pm. The cord phone provided in the ante-lobby (which smelled of urine) was dead, I was unable to communicate with anyone, and including calling on my cell phone. I could not get into the lobby and no one came out. I ended up here after a flight cancellation, but was never able to stay after paying for full night. They never provided the service, I had to to back and sleep in the airport. The hotel kept my money. Thiefs!!!!
