休斯頓威斯切斯拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston - Westchase)

Checking in was an hassle. Things were pretty blocky. As soon as I walked into the room, I was greeted to an half ripped curtain and wet spots across the boarding of the bed as well as the desk, seats have ripped and stained with mystery brown musk. For a deluxe room, I expected more. The shower was the only true peaceful thing. Felt like a motel would have done more justice. If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, you’ll be alright.

Every time we go there the elevator doesn’t work and we are forced to stay on a higher floor. Due to health reasons a few of my family members shouldn’t walk stairs but have to because the elevator never works. So that means we can’t go eat breakfast in the mornings because of the walking up and down two or more flight of stairs

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Elevator wasn’t working for the time we spent, had to take staircases with heavy bags. Breakfast was horrible -microwave scrambled eggs, dried potato and smelly sausages. Our room had an office chair with torn seat. No daily housekeeping unless you keep requesting every day. All back and side entry doors would not allow re-entry into the building, as card access does not work for these door (broken), they only allow you to exit the building.

It's a good establishment, just need a little attention to the quality of breakfast. It seems like they include the breakfast to get the attention and it's not as good as expected. They should pay more attention on the quality of it. It's all dry, the eggs & sausages. It's an easy fix if they are willing to give a little more effort . Not just heat them up, but steam it so we don't get dry food.

Ni siquiera agarramos el hotel pusimos mal la fecha y se lo hicimos saber a la recepción y solo nos dijo que canceláramos pero no nos rembolsaron

Very average hotel, overrated. Area doesn’t feel safe, specially at night. Found multiple riches in the room.
