休斯頓- 市中心會議中心智選假日套房飯店 - IHG 旗下飯店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston-Dwtn Conv Ctr)

This was a terrible experience. I booked a 2 queen suite, but the staff claimed they over booked and only had a 1 bed king room with a roll away bed. Bait and switch. The manager had his poor worker tell me this while he hid in his office on the phone. The halls on the 3rd gloor reeked of sewage. The indoor pool and hot tub were disgusting green and cloudy color with a weird foam on top. On the breakfast buffet, we had to point out to the staff that there were moldy bagels. What is going on with this place. Glad we only had to stay the one night.

El hotel no es como se ve en las fotos, esta muy viejo y huele mal lo cual se siente desde que se entra al lobby, las computadoras disponibles al cliente no funcionaban, mal mantenido necesita una renovacion urgente y una limpieza mas a detalle en hotel en general y habitaciones. Lo unico que lo salva es la ubicacion esta frente al Toyota Center como ibamos a un partido de la NBA la ubicacion fue excelente. No me volveria hospedar en este hotel, me extraña de un holiday inn siempre que me he hospedado con ellos he salido satisfecho.

Me gusta que tiene estacionamiento y que está cerca del Centro de Convenciones. No me gusta que no tiene cajas de seguridad en los cuartos y que ya no ofrecen las galletas....

The bathroom was not clean, the carpet was dingy, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling (which made the room smell bad), and the bed was springy and uncomfortable - very worn down.

1日だけだが、夜中3時頃まで部屋の壁が振動するほどの騒音で寝れなかった。 換気が悪くシャワーを浴びていると壁床結露が酷い。 洗面シンク、排水が悪く、水がなかなか引かない。 近所にコンビニキオスク等無く、ちょっとした買物もできなかった(ヒューストンダウンタウン全体にコンビニは少ないようだが)。

Buen lugar. Estacionamiento y desayuno gratuito. El único inconveniente es que los mecanismos de la regadera son viejos, el desagüe de la tina no servía y se iba acumulando el agua. Por todo lo demás, muy bien

When we got to our room there was no bedding. So we go back down to let the desk know and they give us another room. The room we payed for had a king bed. The room they gave us had 2 queens. So we call the front desk and they were not able to give us the room we puchased. The hotel is nice and clean but the beds are not very comfortable. I woke up with a stiff back.

Tiene un mal olor terrible . Nuestra reserva era por 4 noches y hemos tenido que salir a las dos noches . Este lugar no lo recomiendo
