Good location. Convenient and comes with free basic breakfast in the morning.

Kinda run down for what was advertised. Was cheap so it’s alright but if u can afford a bit more, get something better. The bathroom doesn’t have locks either

Although the rooms & facility looked clean, there was a very unpleasant odor though out the property, all three rooms I tired where not acceptable due to the lingering urine smell. The person at the front desk was great at greeting, checking me in & tired to be accommodating but ultimately this was not a place I would have my family stay. Please update the photos for this property, expectedly this property is not considered upscale but for $100 nightly rate I’m sure a newer motel 6 would’ve been cheaper and cleaner. Being that the property is in the medical district of Houston & in close proximity to MD Anderson I wouldn’t recommend anyone or their family (being that me & my family commuted 300 miles from Dallas) to stay at this property.

Given the location, I thought this would be a well kept property. The staff was friendly but unfortunately, this hotel is quite old and needs an update. The first room we checked-in to had a weird stain on the bottom of the tub and hairs that looked like long eye lashes stuck to the door. We moved to a different room but I found those same hairs in that bathroom too...and then a bug flew in my eye...I had to flush it out. Not a great experience.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was a major concern as I encountered cockroaches in the room. This was not only unpleasant but also unsanitary and made my stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not up to standard. It was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to sleep, and it didn't cool the room effectively. This led to an uncomfortable night's rest, leaving me feeling tired and exhausted in the morning. Furthermore, there was an issue humidity or dampness. This is also a serious concern for a hotel room, as it can affect the overall comfort and air quality of the space. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory due to these issues. I would strongly recommend that the management address these problems promptly to improve the quality of their guests' stays.

No funcionó la calefacción la primera noche, sentimos frío, a la siguiente pedimos cambio a otra habitación con la calefacción funcional. La primera habitación no arreglaron las camas, nada, menos mal que nos cambiaron a otra

Front desk person gave us a room and sent us up an elevator that didn’t go to our room, which we figured out after walking the entire set of hallways. Went back down and was told it was actually in another elevator , so walked several blocks looking for room. Room wreaked of smoke and was very worn out. Went on to the party we were attending since we were running late. Came back and realized there were actually ash trays in the room so we were given a smoking room. Were too tired to go change rooms in middle of the night so just got up and left as early as we could in the morning.

Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. Dust everywhere in the room. Looked like poop on the outside of toilet bowl. Electric receptacles didn't work. Beds were comfy. Front desk guy was nice.
