倫敦奇司威克宮普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn London Chiswick)

Estuve en ese hotel por dos noches con otras personas de Suramérica para visitar a Londres. Los chicos de la recepción y del bar eran muy amables y el chico que habla español nos ayudó muchísimo con las indicaciones y la comida. Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas pero tenían todo el necesario. Aprovechamos un montón.

Mon séjour a été incroyable. L’emplacement est parfait, juste à côté des principales attractions et des transports en commun. Le personnel était extrêmement accueillant et serviable, et les chambres étaint spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec une grande variété d’options. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour agréable à Londres.

房間很大，離市中心不太遠。我只是覺得早餐可以有更多選擇，但還是很不錯！這個地方很方便乘坐優步和其他任何東西，附近有一家酒吧。飯店還有自己的餐廳，我沒去嘗試，但如果和早餐品質一樣的話應該還是不錯的。

We were told we could check in from 3m though the room was not ready so we had to wait 45 minutes to check in . This caused us to miss an event we'd already payed for . When we got into the room the shower was ice cold . We told Recep and they did change our room . Breakfast was nice and both rooms were clean and tidy

Premier Inn in linea con gli altri, ottimo per chi deve stare nella zona Ovest di Londra; la Tube non è vicinissima ma ci sono molti autobus nelle vicinanze; disponibile anche parcheggio a prezzo ragionevole per Londra (15£ al giorno)

The hotel itself is amazing. Lovely comfortable rooms and it’s about a ten minute bus ride from Hammersmith. However, the staff turn the hotel into chaos! We went to check our bag in, and asked for directions to the nearest bus stop. The employee on reception had no idea, and actually sent us the wrong way! Luckily, our common sense kicked in! We returned to the hotel later that evening and again, another chaotic hotel employee. She had no idea where our bag was and seemed like she really didn’t want to be there. Breakfast the next morning should have been accompanied by the Benny Hill theme tune. People were being seated at tables that had already been allocated. Tables were not being cleared which caused a back up. The breakfast food area is too small. There are queues for everything. In the end you have to grab everything at once. Not ideal at all! The hotel is great if you can do it without needing staff. If you need the staff, good luck!

Quite reassuring to know that all the traffic noise was suppressed for a comfortable overnights sleep. You approach the hotel from a quiet road and enter at ground level where the cars park is ( lift level 'G,). 'UG' we learnt was an Upper Ground level ! Reception was on Floor 1 along with dining and bar area.

不要留在這裡。房間裡佈滿了灰塵，我不得不擦拭家具和燈具。我的毛巾有霉味。和男友共用乾淨的毛巾。玉米穗軸網。地毯有污漬。只是一般很髒。房間顯然有一段時間沒有使用過，或者女傭沒有充分打掃房間。他們有一項政策，如果您沒有睡個好覺，您可以申請退款。政策裡沒有規定當天不投訴就不能退款，但我卻被拒絕退款。並不是每個人都願意親自投訴，我現在因此而受到嘲笑。不會再留在這裡。

My booking experience on the PI website was problematic. In a heap of frustration, I rang PI Chiswick to see if I could get some help. To be honest, I'm never optimistic about these things but clearly, I'd never encountered Samir. Samir took my call and although I was clearly feeling frustrated, he calmly and professionally listened to my issues and got right to work solving a complex booking problem like an absolute pro. I then threw two other challenges his way, and like a total rockstar, he sorted them all. We need more Samirs with his customer service ethic. He was so cheerful and turned a stressful experience into a pleasant and fun call.
