河內溫泉

酒店很大，環境還不錯，服務也很到家，會主動幫我開門，提行李，很貼心。不過門前的交通道路是比較堵塞的。我們去check in的時候因為訂購的雙床房沒有房間了，酒店免費幫我們升級了房型，超級感謝

第一眼見到它， 就認定它是我的夢中情店， 這次有機會來越南， 首站便直奔河內， 真的是為它策劃了一旅行。 河內嘉佩樂是嘉佩樂的第8家酒店， 也是我打卡的第二家Bill Bensley設計的酒店。 Bill Bensley結合整個街區的風格， 以“歌劇盛世”為靈感， 描繪出藝術戲劇的效果。 Xin chào！ 剛進門就有專人熱情招呼， 引領到大堂的沙發落座。 一層公共空間沒有多大， 轉角是開放式酒吧， 猩紅的幕布與翠綠的植株圍成怪誕而夢幻的秀場。 大堂部分他們叫做“起居室”， 在這裏全天無限量免費供應各類水酒及水果小食， 下午3點到4點還有蛋糕可以提供。 穿過前台， 來到眾神託起的金碧輝煌的電梯廳， 一不留神差點沒注意到電梯的方向。 酒店共有47套典雅客房， 每個樓層都有藝術家、設計師、音樂家等各自主題， 甚至每間客房都有對應主題的大師和不同風格的戲劇場景。 這次入住有幸被升級到了嘉佩樂套房， 酒店訊息上寫着83㎡， 但因為空間大面積巧妙運用了鏡子， 顯得房間非常的大。 房間內無酒精飲料全都免費， 客房迷你吧每天補充一次。 千萬不要小看了嘉佩樂裏的任何東西， 都不是普通產品， 一包小小的薯片都是來自西班牙的el Valle， 巧克力是越南非常有名的手工巧克力品牌Marou， 還有越南本土堅果品牌NX， 瓶蓋也被扣上印有嘉佩樂logo的木頭蓋。 説起這個， 嘉佩樂真是酒店界的乾隆， 肉眼所見的東西基本上都有他的logo。 河內嘉佩樂還有早餐不得不提， 單點加自助， 請一定要仔細看菜單， 非常多值得嘗試的菜品。 早餐就能豪橫的無限點生蠔還有誰？ 牛排不也得試一試？ 在地的河粉也不輸外面小攤， 總之每一樣都值得嘗試， 早上8點就來吃早餐的我們硬是待到了11點結束。 離開酒店時突然感歎此行的短暫。 DIVA送我出門：“看得出來您已經愛上了這裏” “沒錯。我已淪為Bill Bensley的教徒”  “再飲一杯吧，期待您回到這裏”。

Wonderful and attentive reception, lovely rooms in a hotel that’s really very close to everything. And do not forget to visit their awesome rooftop terrace bar. Van Anli and Vuong make by farthe best Martinis this side of the Mekong! The views are spectacular!

The service is consistent and professional throughout. It has been, in fact, enhanced since my previous stay during it's opening year. For one, the executive lounge is in full swing, albeit plagued by occasional inconsiderate guests who talk for prolonged periods on their mobile phones or book the meeting room for the purpose of dining with their friends on the pretext of discussing work. The lobby moniterance can be more effective i.e. enforcing orderly conduct and behaviour over rowdy and aggressive mainland Chinese tourists. Devices and voices should be kept to a minimum in public spaces to maintain proper decorum. The hotel ground staff need to be more vigilant in this regard. That said, the service staff are to be highly commended. The Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Hannah, is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable tips on places of interests within the city and beyond. She always makes herself available and is often seen interacting passionately with guests around the property. Certainly, the executive lounge staff, Lucas, Kevin, Audrey, Estee, Lynn and Crystal are very attentive and guest-centric. No request is ever overwhelming for them and they portray the executive lounge to a very high standard. I was touched by staff who recognised me though my previous stay was some two years back. Concierge, Mr. Ku, welcomed me warmly with his sincere and genuine hospitality style. The Duty Manager, Mr. Harry, did his best to resolve my room issues and was always following up diligently on my preferences. Front Office staff, Ellen and Anna, who were also present since the opening of the hotel, maintain their friendly and charming dispositions. The lobby bar staff are impressive, with dedicated staff like Duc and Mr. Thang, the outlet manager, who remembered me by name and concocted a special ginger/lemongrass tea when he found out that I had a dry throat. 非常精緻的酒店，是從陳設到氛圍的沉浸式越南體驗了。客房氛圍春夏秋冬，裝潢誠意慢慢，我們5個人入住，每個人都讚不絕口。離老城雖說有一段距離，但有豪華SHUTTLEBUS接送！非常棒！服務更是沒得說，首先全體服務員的英語都很好，包括spa的阿姨，英語都非常棒！其中前台的小賢，中文也非常好！把我們安排的很好，效率很高。還參加了他們的workshop，學做eggcoffee，小哥哥講了很多關於越南咖啡的歷史，清晰明了！非常值得！總而言之！是一個非常不錯的入住體驗！會推薦給更多的人！

A wonderful hotel. It is a haven in the chaos of busy Hanoi. It is well located with many options surrounding it also very clean, all as advertised. The staff are also fabulous. We were there as part of an organised tour. I don't agree that I need 200 characters to submit a review

越南旅行期間最好的服務。團隊總是樂於助人,微笑親切。根據以下幾點推薦:1.提供高效有趣的每日旅行建議2.提供resto推薦取決於客人的喜好,其中包括越南當地美食,小吃,素食食品 3.歡迎飲料,並在入住期間親切趕上 4.美妙的天空酒吧飲料 5.高效的電子郵件,讓客人知道夜市安排 6.超級乾淨的房間和時尚的裝飾。牀單已經熨燙過。7.國際電視頻道很多選擇 8.位置好,在老城區中心住了一晚 最後但並非最不重要的是,thx爲奧布里的幫助使我們成爲一天!

我來越南出差時，在sen grand酒店體驗愉快和美好時光。 價格、設施和食物都非常廉價。 不會感覺被坑的地方。我肯定會推薦大家嘗試預定有浴缸的房間。附近有一個樂天購物中心，還有理髮店，方便洗頭。價格才30人名幣！😄 後面的小巷還有老阿姨賣新鮮椰子，一點要嘗試才7人名幣。超鮮甜。 酒店房間很乾凈，床墊也很舒服，睡得入眠，房間布置不會太複雜，簡單又不失優雅。 我也喜歡他們的客房服務套餐，我在工作無法出去的時候，我點了小炒肉套餐和薯條，味道不錯。每天早晨還有免費自助早餐擁有各式各樣的選擇。 我最喜歡他們的豬肉菜肴。 如果我下次再來越南出差我肯定會再入住這家酒店。

我在河內老區翠沃特斯酒店住了3晚。感覺就像和朋友一起住,一個家外之家。像金、佐伊、杜東先生(夜班)這樣的員工總是那麼樂於助人和關心,對在哪裏吃飯有很好的建議等等。酒店雖小但舒適。我的房間很大,乾淨,設施一流(安全押金盒)以及我旅行中睡過的舒適牀和枕頭。早餐是每天早上國際上很好的傳播。我唯一的抱怨是,每次我回來時,房間裏的空調不是自動開關,一旦你插入房間鑰匙(就像其他酒店一樣),必須手動打開。開關的位置也很滑稽,就在燈罩旁邊的角落,而不是在房間的入口。

選擇索菲特傳奇酒店是正確的，整個酒店都重新裝修過了，沒有陳舊的感覺，房間有點小，河內現在天氣非常潮濕導致房間不能開窗要二十四小時全開空調，早餐選擇豐富，質量都很高。特別要提的是服務非常好，有任何要求都跟進很快。酒店的位置優越，周圍都是名店街，去還劍湖非常方便。下次還入住這裏。
