酒店有點老舊了

Hotel godny polecenia,byłam po raz czwarty i widać, że hotel się rozwija w trosce o klienta. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu, restauracji, basenu.Wszędzie czyściutko.Śniadania bardzo dobre, urozmaicone a i obiady w restauracji smaczne i pięknie podane.Jedyny minus to budzące pociągi(bliskie położenie torów kolejowych).

To jest nasz ulubiony hotel na relaks i wypoczynek a także super zabawę. Przepyszne jedzenie. Polecam

Lokalizacja hotelu przy ruchliwej drodze oraz w sąsiedztwie marketu budowlanego nie jest najszczęśliwszą lokalizacją na wypoczynek. Nie znaczy to jednak, że nie ma plusów. Zwłaszcza pod względem dojazdu do hotelu. Kilkaset metrów od hotelu znajduje się stacja kolejowa co bardzo ułatwia dojazd do Sopotu, Gdyni czy Gdańska. Nie ma potrzeby poruszać się własnym środkiem transportu i wydawać pieniądze na parkingi. Sam hotel jest bardzo ładnym obiektem. Czystym i z miłą obsługą. Smacznym i różnorodnym śniadaniowym menu. Strefa SPA , baseny i saumy zapewniają pełny relaks podczas niekorzystnych warunków atmosferycznych jak również wieczorem po całodziennych wycieczkach krajoznawczych. Polecam w 100%

Hotel idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Mnóstwo udogodnień. Monitorowana sala zabaw z podglądem na prowadzone tam animacje. Miły relaks w mini parku wodnym, a następnie w saunie i grocie solnej. Na koniec partyjka na kręglach. Nieco wypadałoby poprawić śniadania. Stoliki nie są sprzątane na bieżące i dość długo trzeba czekać na uzupełnienie dań.

Fabulous from start to finish. I visited this hotel years ago and they left a great impression so I returned with friends. It did not disappoint. The hotel could not do enough to accommodate us. The staff were super friendly and the service was great. While the location is not as tranquil as some, once you step inside you forget this. The spa is amazing with ample facilities. The team working there were on point. The breakfast has multiple options and the dinners had me needing to lay down. Great stay And while this may go over some heads, the fact that we were 4 black ladies and were treated with such respect & care needs to be mentioned as even thought we are in 2024... this isn't always the norm. We are already planning a return trip

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your hotel and restaurant. The level of service, quality of food, and overall experience were utterly appalling. I have been a loyal patron, having visited countless times before, but this visit has left me with no intention of ever returning. Firstly, the service was deplorable. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. It was as if they couldn't care less about the guests' needs and comfort. Additionally, the restaurant manager was incredibly rude, showing no regard for basic courtesy or customer service. Next, the food was nothing short of a disaster. The menu clearly listed dishes that were completely different from what was served. Not only did they cheat me with the menu, but they also inflated the prices for dishes that turned out to be of very poor quality and quantity. The portions were minuscule, and the taste was appalling. I felt like I was being taken advantage of as a customer. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was unpleasant. The ambiance was lackluster, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. It was evident that no effort was put into maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. I am deeply disappointed in the decline of your establishment's standards. As a long-time customer, I expected better treatment and quality. It is evident that your management and staff have become complacent, and the level of service has drastically plummeted. In conclusion, this experience was the worst I have ever encountered at your hotel and restaurant. I implore you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and regain the trust of your customers. As for myself, I can confidently say that I will never step foot in your establishment again. W menu wyraźnie wymieniono dania, które były zupełnie inne niż to, co podano. Nie dość, że oszukali mnie menu, to jeszcze zawyżyli ceny dań, które okazały się bardzo kiepskiej jakości i ilości. Porcje były maleńkie, a smak był przerażający. Czułem się, jakbym był wykorzystywany jako klient. Ponadto ogólna atmosfera restauracji była nieprzyjemna.
