服務人員的熱情友好令人印象深刻，房間國內快捷的標準，與5星相差太遠，水上娛樂設施不錯，應該很受當地人喜愛，主要住客是當地穆斯林，酒店後面村子每天早上4:00，中午12:00，晚上7:00穆斯林唱經，高音喇叭聲音非常大，會影響休息。

my kids very happy..all staff very helpful and always friendly and smile…next time if im coming with my family i choose to stay here again..and i hope all pool open everyday…

ini pengalaman ke 4 saya menginap di hotel ini , ada beberapa regulasi baru yg diterapkan hotel . Tidak di beri sikat gigi dgn alasan go green pdhal ada sikat gigi ramah lingkungan untuk bintang 5 sangat aneh , hamduk biasa disediakan di setiap pool diganti handuk kamar, ada beberapa wahana dulu gratis skr berbayar, setrikaan dan kimono sdh tidak disediakan

The amazing hotel that I have stayed.. Totally brings a new experiences for our family especially the facilities outdoor park is really worth it😍😍 Thank you Eastparc for the wholesome experience ❤️

EastParc was excellent for our 8yr old he absolutely loved all the activities and the facilities are great. The activities are impeccably clean and the staff are excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options and again the staff are very helpful and lovely. The room was a good size with a large balcony. The only slight downside was the bathroom - it could do with a bit of an update but was functional overall. Check staff were also very helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with how good this hotel staff was.

kids friendly. i got surprised because no more tootbrush, comb n another amenities. it is ok for earth's good, but it should be subtitute with another save nature. not eliminate.

다양한. 물놀이시설이있어요. 조금오래된느낌. 조식은그럭저럭. 식수추가하면돈받고. 치약치솔비용추가. 삼푸도비용추가. 또가고싶지않아요.
