阿祖拉綠色度假村(Azzura Greens Resort)

1. There are stains on one of the towels provided. 2. The facilities are a little bit worn. 3. The speed of the WiFi provided is very slow and its signal is also very weak.

Overall our stay was OK. Our room and furniture was quite dated, even though on booking I was told we would receive a renovated room. There were bugs in the kitchen, some items/rubbish in cupboards not removed prior to our arrival, and our request for more blankets or doonas was unable to be fulfilled over our 5 day stay. Otherwise great location, facilities and parking.

I booked it so that its nearby main theme parks like movie world, wetnwild, dreamworld all are within 10 mins drive.. i booked 2 bedroom apartment, it was so spacious and had 2 bathrooms connected to rooms and one powder room outside.. kids had lot of place to run around.. spa was also good.. only catch i found was not refundable fares even when i booked 3 months advance. Not sure if thats the case at all times..

Although the furniture could do with an update, it was a great place to stay. Heaps of room in the apartment. The bedrooms are very large and there was more than enough room for a family of 4. The kitchen and laundry were clean. Parking was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location is nice. Room needs updating. Carpet worn and had holes in it. Bed was old and spring mattress, not very comfortable. Very small TV, no Netflix or anything like that. Tech could do with updating. Reception could do with updating as well. Very dull and not very inviting, especially for first impression. People were very friendly though and easy parking.

The apartment was very tied quite dated, the room did not live up to the pictures. Both leather sofas were worn and split down the middle meaning we had to put towels over them to sit on. Nobody around reception at 10am check out time to discuss the issues. Definitely not a 4 star resort.

The book in process was abominable! This wasn't the fault of the property or their managers - but Last Minute. We used them because we had to book at the last minute. It took us an hour standing around in the dark with my 8 year old daughter and it was only the efforts of the onsite managers (who had to be called from their homes) to rescue the situation.

Overall the apartment was good however the furniture was showing its age and carpets were stained in a few places. The beds were single types pushed together for a double bed however the mattresses were mis-matched, one with inner springs and one just a foam type. My partner ended up with severe back pain from it

It was a well presented resort and the apartment in particular was, spacious, clean and modern. Some items like the sliding doors were very difficult to open and close. The TV was difficult to operate with some technical problem.
