曼徹斯特市中心希爾頓逸林飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown)

Good hotel but not easy to get to, restaurants/bar should be open much later then 10:00 pm

Tv does not have YouTube access. No microwaves in room. Phone in room static and quick dial buttons for service did not work. On day two we did try dialing 0 and got front desk. Phones are not labeled. Front desk did help once we discovered how to reach them.

Très bel hôtel et bonne situation géographique. Le stationnement est payant. Pour souper, le restaurant sur place est bien. Il y a des restaurants autour de l’hôtel à une distance de marche. Quant à moi, déjeuner à l’hôtel n’est pas un plus: pas de variété pour 20$ par personne.

Wonderful hotel, friendly and easy going staff, clean rooms and very comfortable bed, clean pool. Walking distance to SNHU arena and close to great restaurants and cafes. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for making our trip so pleasant!

I liked the fact you had to have a key to the elevator in order to go to your room. That was a good safety measure. What I didn't like is the at I had to pay $14.00 for parking. no security for the parking garage, and if I wanted the internet I had to pay for it. So I was unable to work from my computer.

I reserved 2 queen beds and when I got to the room it was a king bed. I called and the man says o yea we had a mix up with the rooms and that he would compensate me for my parking and bring a roll out bed. He knew this and didnt even say anything. I get back to my room and the roll out bed wasnt there. I call and he adamantly tells me that it was delivered and someone said they didnt need it. Come to find out he was sending it to the wrong room. The bathroom area was dusty by the towels and that shower is built for a gymnast. There was also a dead spider hanging from the ceiling on top of the lamp. I did not feel comfortable spending the few hours there that I did. For the price of this room i was VERY DISSATISFIED.

This is the 6 or 7 x I have stayed here. Love the location and parking garage. This time I stayed on a Tuesday night. They said they were not busy. My only complaint is that I must have the worst view out the window! With all the open rooms, I feel they should have given me the best room with a view!

No one at the counter when I was arrived for check in. I was unaware of the $14 parking fee. They gave one warm cookie at check in for two guests. The restaurant was just okay, probably can get a better burger at McDonald’s
