克里斯特爾裡弗植物園度假村 - 阿桑德連鎖飯店(Plantation Resort on Crystal River, Ascend Hotel Collection)

Very disappointed. The lobby area is beautiful and the staff are very nice. The actual rooms are musty, moldy, mildewed, old, and in dire need of a refresh. The toilet was wobbly, everything is run down and grimy, the acoustic tiles in the hall ceilings are warped, water damaged, and blacked with mold. The pool was so warm it was like a bath, not at all refreshing. We couldn’t play volleyball because the volleyball was lost in the canal a few nights before. This hotel has a grand reputation but the reality is that it needs some serious work to be what it appears to be in the hotel’s promo photos. Save some monet and stay at the Holiday Inn. Again, the staff were all kind and wonderful, I have no complaints about the people, just the state of the property itself.

The place looks nice.Big windows in the room overlooking the golf court, lots of space. The room was dirty. There is a kitchen, but no stove/oven. Just the kitchen - empty. Everything is worn, creeky and old. AC unit is located on the walkway outside each room, this cause the whole front wall to vibrate ( try touching the room number next to the door) making the whole apar**ent so noisy with a low-frequency humm it is hard to sleep. The pool is a floating bar, ppl sitting with their beer and drinks in it (in holders to hide it a little) the children's part of the poll area was closed during our visit. There are towels at the pool, but ti was empty every time we went there. For the price it should have been a better place.

The buffet breakfast was always cold even when we were early. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and it was horrible. Three of us got the prime rib and it was cold and medium well instead of medium rare. There were not enough umbrellas on the pool deck and the pool was dirty. For the money I spent I was expecting a little better quality.

The rooms are a little dated and only surface cleaned. We did get housekeeping daily to make bed, new towels and empty trash bins, but that was all. Since floors are vinyl it would have been nice to have a quick sweep so we didn't have sandy floors. The grounds are nice, but also dated. The tiki bartenders could have been nicer they seemed like they, didn't like their jobs. Overall would stay here again during scallop season.

L’hotel est dans un endroit paradisiaque mais l’ambiance est américaine : très bruyant, fréquenté par les locaux qui viennent profiter de la piscine de l’hotel. L’accueil ne fût absolument pas chaleureux : la jeune fille à la réception m’a échangé 2 ou 3 mots… le strict minimum. Aucune information sur les repas ou les activités sur place. On a découvert le dernier soir qu’il était impossible de verrouiller la porte de la chambre. De plus, il n’ y a pas de coffre dans la chambre. Heureusement pour nous, rien n’à disparu. En résumé, grosse déception.

Vi boede på hotel i 3 nætter og oplevet venlighed både fra personale og gæster. Vi elskede placering ved floden og tiki baren ved poolen. Hotellet er tæt på restaurant og aktiviteter.

Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Check in très laborieux, il a fallu revenir 3 fois pour avoir la chambre. Personnel froid. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Belles piscine et salle de sport.

For sure won’t stay there again. Way overpriced for the rooms. I reserved a room for 5 and there was only 2 beds. 340.00 for a 150.00 room. Stayed there quite a bit and always say the place isn’t worth it. Will not make that mistake again. If you want to keep your boat in there than maybe it’s ok but not for me.
