Terrible experience in three aspects: 1) 40 minutes wait time for the 4pm checking in at the resort 2) on-the-green reservation means two sets of staircase down to the basement for your entrance into the front door of your room and a half basement for your bedroom under the ground 3) no cleaning services for my 4-day stay but you must pay the resort fee every day. Dare to try that?

Nice view and service is good

The resort was perfect for a little rest and relaxation with my 9 year old son. The pool, farmers market, game room, were such a treat. There was so much more but time was limited. Can't wait to come back. View is amazing, golf course, ducks, and room was comfortable. We stayed in a villa on the greens and there was more than enough room. Highly recommend this resort for a staycation.

Welks couldn't find my reservations through trip.com. it took over an hour just to get into the room. I'm handicapped and they were not very accommodating

The resort was beautiful. We were staying on the Villas on the Green . Had a really nice view. The room was very spacious.

Property is nice. A couple of issues - no shower curtain (had to request one) - bed not properly made (bottom sheet was too short for bed, 6 inches of mattress showing at foot of bed), dirty spatula left on top of fridge. Runner who brought us a shower curtain was excellent!!! Decent accommodation just had a few issues that are staff related. Stayed here previously and had no issues.

Our day started a bit unfortunate. We arrived for our check-in on a Wednesday afternoon, it was around 6:30 p.m. we had just finished unpacking when we received a knock at the door. It was security saying there had been a noise complaint from the neighbors, saying they could hear us walking around. We have two toddlers, so their little fit definitely make loud noises as they run around the room. We didn't have any downstairs neighbors and didn't even think anything of it. It really took us by surprise as we were still putting away all of our things. The security was very kind about it, he was a little embarrassed about having to tell us because he said he could tell the kids weren't being rowdy and he said he couldn't hear anything outside when he waited for a few minutes. The next few days we were out most of the time. We had a chance to check out a pool, the staff was amazing! From the staff member playing games at the pool, to the great staff member at the jacuzzi late one night. It was amazing! That first hiccup was definitely a bit unfortunate because it made us not want to be in the room. We're appreciative of the staff but definitely will be asking for a room away from people next time.
