The hotel is supposed to have a hot breakfast, they are equipped for it with a nice kitchen upstairs and seating area but none of it is in use. They had a card table in the lobby with some to go snacks on it. The fan in the room bathroom was not functional due to not cleaning. Beds were too firm so not very restful, woke up stiff and then had to go buy breakfast at a restaurant.

Good things about this hotel is new and clean. It faces a busy street but rooms are quiet due to it is away from busy street. Aldi supermarket and Dunklin across the street. The bad was the check in lady named Dawn. She sat at lobby (not check in counter) and checked her phone all the time. She did not say hi, welcome or honor my gold member status. She had attitude and not welcome manner during whole check in. When I asked her about breakfast time, she rolled her eyes. I went down later because she forgot to give me gold member welcome pack. She did not say sorry and just said here you are. This is one of the worst customer service I have had with Hilton. The room is clean but the bed and pillow are uncomfortable. We got up several times during the night. The wall is so thin that I could hear the room next door clearly. I heard talking, TV sounds and coughing whole night long. The breakfast is ok but other Hampton I had stayed were better.

The lady who was there at check in majority of the time Abby, was absolutely the best!! I had spoke to someone on the phone prior to our visit who was unpleasant, so I was kinda worried it would be that way when we arrived. But Abby made our stay the best and was never rude. Even the cleaning ladies were so very nice! Thank you so very much for making our stay pleasant (: The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious!!
